As far as adding something in your cycle with SD. I say you run some Test P. Its fast acting and will help you keep the SD gains plus keep away those bad sides. I wouldn't want to throw in more orals this early in your comeback.

You are getting back in the game and a light 6 week cycle of 20mg ED of SD for 4 weeks plus 300mg EW of Test P. Definitely a 10-20lb cycle with fat loss depending how you eat. You would just need 3 10ml vials of test and that's pretty cheap bro.
 
The thought of pinning is kinda scary, not cause I dislike needles, just because it's new to me. I'm sure it's not even that bad lol and I'd probably like poking myself :P So the **** almost hit the fan today after I posted this awesome message how I'm getting back into it.

MY ****ING GYM CLOSED!!!!!!!!!! I worked out Friday, took the weekend off and boom today, doors locked and posters for 2 different gyms that are "absorbing" us. Define fitness is supposed to take all the members and another gym had a card for a 2 week trial. Not sure if you know about Defined Fitness, it's just a large gym really popular. I went over there right after and the douchebaggery that was occuring within the first 2 minutes of walking I walked out. I knew about this other gym from high school and driving by it of course called PowerFlex. This gym is a lifters gym, i'm so stoked. It's a small gym where busy = 10-15 people. So i'm more stoked than anything that the gym now is even better than the one before.

Last note: SD already showed up XD

How would that one look look like?
SD 1-5: 10/20/20/20/20
Test P 4-8?: 100mg EoD

*Test Prop since it's the shortest ester would be every other day injects for best results correct? Or would 100mg 3 times a week be good? Would your run this with the SD or pull the 4 weeks at the end or would you run this 2-5 with the SD?

PCT still would remain the same probably minus the caber right?

That will keep you beasting and if only 6 weeks you could go back on 10 weeks after pct if bloods are good.

I see no need to run anything but Test with SD since you are getting back in the game. Ease back in slow and maybe run a peptide like IGF1-LR3 and MGF in your pct and 10 weeks off. That time flys and you will be right back on a cycle.
 
Thanks Dave, i'll do some more research tonight about pinning and everything. Haven't learned anything about it yet so no wonder. I'll also look into the peptides as well, something else I have done no research about.

Run Dex during cycle if you start to bloat or get estro sides. 1mg ED for 1-4 days then drop down to .5mg EOD.

Run Aromasin in PCT at 25mg 1-7 days then drop to 12.5 ED or EOD. If you can only get 25mg Caps dose it 25MG every 36-48 hours after that first week.

You know how to run the Serm.

Run Test at 100mg EOD wk1-6

That's cause Dave's the man! I don't even see this costing me as much as expected, only thing is the 3 spare bottles of SD I got that brings us the price. Other than that I'll be around the 300 range for a total I believe
 
Just a little update, no progress with acquiring supplies other than the SD. I have just been waiting on my boss to pay me and maybe sort some crap out, but that's it. I'll be ready for some purchases :P I don't have my workout log with me, but in comparison to the previous run around at Phase I my numbers have improved by rep max. I've been able to do the same weights I did before at 5x6 in the last week of the phase this time around at 5x10. I wasn't noticing the strength at first, but it comes back so fast after the first week or two. Can't wait to get ON and kill that ****

Good stuff man. You should take a look at the German volume training that me and technique88 are using. Its fuking epic. Im gaining pretty quick and its very brutal if you challenge yourself... not for the weak of heart.
 
I've been thinking heavily on switching to GVT, my roommate who I just started training feels that the workout isn't hard enough and can't feel it. He bitches about being sore a couple days after the workout, but I'm thinking something like GVT would kick his ass just like he wants

Yeah, done right, with 4 seconds for eccentric and explosive concentric, for 10 sets of 10, is fugging brutal. Even with light weights-i used 25lbs db's for a arm day, and I could barely lift my son-pump was HUGE. Not sore the next from arms, but leg day? Jesus...5 days later, soreness fading. Sore in a good way though, like 5 or 6 more rounds and I'll be killing it.
 
I've been working most of the weekend and didn't have time to look into GVT to get it started this week, but i'm still getting back into the routine of things. I work with my roommate so we usually car pool and sometimes he rather go home after work than to the gym, so I've missed a couple workouts here and there already and it's only been 3 weeks. I'll definitely have to get my **** together for sure when I get on cycle, which I plan on doing regardless. Diet has been very good, I'm planning on counting everything soon but right now I know everything is lean and i'm hitting my protein, not really looking at carbs or fats but I would figure are in check as well. I make myself get some carbs in with a piece of bread or two plus milk. That'd be my carbs and fats with peanut butter, other than that just high protein.

I should be getting paid today so I'll hopefully be able to make some more purchases and continue to stockpile for when the day comes that I've got everything I need. Still to get is Test, Clomid, Arimidex, Aromasin, as well as liver support, which I may go with UDCA. I would also figure that I could always run this cycle SD solo with the same stuff for PCT.
 
Pretty killer workout today, it was hard for once XD My roommate is getting stoked about the muscle he's already put on, and this is just the start of week 4. He's never been one for the gym so noob gains :) This time around I am running Phase I a second time, possibly even a third because I like the setup and it's working for me great. In terms of the strength this time around, even though I started then stopped I retained a little. I can rep a higher weight for more reps.

Bench:
Last time week 4 - 115 3x6
This time week 4 - 125 3x10

And I only plan to get stronger, with these weak as **** numbers XD

Last night had a really good workout, hit arms but i felt sick as hell. Not sure if it was from the preworkout or if it's these spider bites, either way I threw up at the gym lol, and I still feel kinda sick today. I haven't started taking anything yet but i'm noticing that i'm getting agitated a lot easier now, little things are pissing me off to where I want to hit ****. IDK

Figure i'll just edit this one, i'v got everything ordered except the Test Prop and i'm still thinking about IGF LR3, but my log seems to be a ghost town XD
 
No workout yesterday

Today, we decided on legs so we'll be hitting back tomorrow probably. Pretty good workout today, worked my hams until total failure, on the lying leg curl machine *last lift* I couldn't get up but 30 pounds and on the 3rd rep/1st set, hams gave out and ended up pulling 2 reps all calf activation giving me the gnarliest cramp ever. So awesome, huge knot felt like a rock in there, had to walk on 3 limbs to get out of the machine.

I'm still loving my gym, any time you want, you get a key, only one other guy was there when we got there and one showed up as we left. Such a chill place, a lifters gym, a dark siders gym *a lot of gearheads* and everyone is cool. In terms of the darkside, I have gotten a Darth Vader notebook to log my progress and plan on getting a Darth Vader container to put my stash of "goods".

I have also decided my next cycle, already en route :P Going to run a 5 week SD cycle solo just to give myself a jump start getting back to things, I got enough SD for 4-5 separate cycles so :)))))
