Back & Bicep

Great workout. I took a sample prework powder I got for free after purchasing my quickmass. I forgot the name. Ill find out. I have some more.

Energy was limitless and I was keeping up with my buddy which isn't usual. It turned into a competition as he always wanted to do even more. Even after finishing an exercise.

During every set, I felt in the zone. After every set I found myself needing to sit down. But I was ready for my next one, every time.
 
SO far so good Ive havent noticed an crazy increase in weight but thats probably because im eating moderate. i do notice an increase in muscle mass and decrease in body fat plus 5-7 pounds give or take depending on time of day. Still have time i think Im gonna increase my caloric intake this week. Currently 210 lbs hoping to reach 215+ by the end.
