Just wondering what everyone uses as far as supplements go.

Hawthorne Berry: Keeps my blood pressure in check, I have slightly elevated BP.
Milk Thistle: What's that, the liver processes toxins out of my body? Hell, with all the toxins in our environment I want that thing to working optimally.
Co Q10: I have a naturally bad lipid profile.
Red Rice Yeast: Also helps with lipid profile.
Vitamin D3: D3 is so protective when it comes to numerous forms of cancer and can raise test levels. Why not take it? It's cheap. 600,000 UI for 20 bucks.
Protein: I love eating steak and other meats (and milk and eggs) but come on... how can I realistically eat 4-500 grams of protein through meat alone?
Creatine: Hell, why not.

You'll notice most of these are just for raw health. I think bodybuilding has strayed from the healthy good looking dudes of the past to the kind-of-fat guys with heart issues. Just a thought, at least.

Anabolic Pump has just become a staple for me. I'm one of those of unlucky few who can't really function without carbs with can't lose fat with. Anabolic Pump has finally allowed to eat carbs and still lose fat.

Whey protein- I can't get enough from whole foods throughout the day, so a few shakes help me out.

Creatine- it works.

Multi- I'm on the go constantly so my meals are not always up to par on the vite/mineral front.

D3- as stated above, also supports immune system.

South African Red Bush Needles- has excellent antioxidant profile, also helps replenish electrolytes, metabolic minerals, and also good for skin, teeth, and bones.

BCAAS/EAAS- the building blocks of muscle. A must.

Hawthorne berry
Celery seed
CoQ10
Orange Triad
Gut Health(or equivalent)
Vit C
BetaSitosterol
Fish Oil
Zinc
Melatonin

And theres probably a couple of things Im forgetting.
