YOUR pre training Macros

Just wondering on what, how much, and when you eat for your morning training sessions,

ive honestly just been having a banana, which has been good to me.

what is everyone else eating.
 
I can't do morning training sessions My body just doesn't like to start moving around without a few hours to wake-up and digest breakfast.

I tried them for months, but my body just crashes after a couple of rounds. Instead, I do an afternoon and evening session.
