Just want to say. I have GABA, used it one night solo ofr sleep, helped me relax a little feels like my legs "go to sleep"/ numb up a bit. Then i threw in 3mgs Melatonin with the GABA another night, that went about the same. 2 nights ago though i did 4g GABA & only 1.5mgs Melatonin...HOLY COW! I was out in no time, my mom knowcked on my door and woke me up to ask me something and i felt like i could barley talk it was great. I woke up the next day fairly "groggy" but it wasnt hard for me to get past and deal with maybe only 10minutes. I will be doing this combo again just to see if it was afluke or for sure.
