There are better options. It's a good dose of energy but I got immune to it really quick. I would go for stumul8 if you want a stim preworkout.

It's good man, I had a good run with it and actually have bought three tubs total. My buddy had GI probs with it and some people I've let try it say it doesn't do a anything much for em. Has dendro and caffeine. Honestly I would run the reformulated hyde , Lotta caffeine though. Over 400 mgs a scoop lol. Fully loaded is another amazing pwo I can't give up now
