What are some songs you guys are listening to in the gym that get you ready for your heavy sets/PRs/breathing squats etc?

I listen to hip hop myself, and here are a few songs that are pretty raw and get me pumped:

Also, some cool training videos to get pumped before hitting the gym:

Metal for me: Slayer-"Raining Blood". Megadeth "Holy Wars: the Punishment Due". Lamb Of God "512". Slipknot "The Devil in I". Pantera "Domination". Just to name a few.

Eminem-Rap God and Cinderella Man
About anything Five Finger Death Punch
Disturbed-Numb and Down with the Sickness
System of a Down-Chop Suey

Im showing my age

Metallica anything pre black album. Literally anything before that album will kick ass. Pantera, Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, Lamb of God, Dig by Mudvayne, Eminem "Way I Am", "Kim" if you have an ex you hate....so much more..."Natural Born Killaz" Dr. Dre & Ice Cube

If any of you use Apple Music, here's my playlist

Everything from old school Dio to Rick Ross' newest. It's about 70% rap and the rest rock/metal/screamo

I usually add at least 1-2 songs a week. And I'm a 40 year-old white guy who works IT. I don't know why rap and trap music gets me worked up at the gym...

This playlist on my headphones and I'm zoned in.

Edit fail: it's not letting me attach images right now and I'm not typing it out. Will try again later.

Vital Remains, Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus, Behemoth, Fleshgod Apocalypse.
METAL is how I get going! \m/

So many good tunes to choose from

But anything that generates a heightened emotional response works well for me, but not too heavy, otherwise i'd probably throw a barbell through a wall or something and get myself banned for life.

Burn it down - Linkin Park
Never giving up - Of Mice & Men
Bangarang - Skrillex
All time low - Jon Bellion
Feel Good - Gryffin & Illenium
Strong - London Grammar
Feels - Kiiara
