Young's Mdrol Log

Just weighed myself at 180-181.. I was 178 when I started. I've leaned out a bit, gained a few pounds of muscle, and gained strength.

I'm now eating to maintain while still doing cardio.

Don't expect massive gains on M-drol. I eat and train hard and, IMO, I gained minimal results. M-drol is hyped. Period.

It doesn't do anything that proper training and diet can't accomplish. It was useful in breaking some strength plateaus, that's about it..

PS: Everyone responds differently.
 
dude your strength gains were through the roof though.. especially squat and bench.. theirs no way your going up 6 reps on bench though proper diet and training in 3 weeks... hows the strength holding up... ive learned that phs/ds and short cycles dont work in adding alot of mass.. your body needs the time to adapt to that weight... although i will defineitly say that everytime i come off a short cycle i am dissappointed with the weight gain for sure.. but my muscle density and maturity has aged months and months on cycle.. i feel denser.. have better striations and have muscle maturity that i wouldnt be able to get if i hadnt lifted so heavy on cycle from my strength gains... im doing a very similiar cycle to u right now.. im kind of using your cycle as a base.. i liked how u ran your cycle.. ie dosages etc... but im bridging to test prop after my 2nd week is over... ill go on indefinetly for a bit till i feel like its time to come off.. ill prob go 7 weeks or so past the mdrol.. i figure it will be easier to maintain what i gained.. and ill be able to lean out after the sd is finished while still maintaing the size ive gained -minus the glycogen and water weight

Took a pic at the gym today. Right after a chest and tri workout. My weight is maintaining at 180-182 depending on whats in my stomach.

Got 275 up 10 times on the free bench and got 355 up barely on the fixed bench. A bit of a strength loss but not bad.

You can see the upper chest gets slightly more defined due to the extra blood flow.

Don't we all wish we could be pumped all the time!
 
Seriously? Not smart!!! You just made it ok for any other 18-20 kids reading this thread to take AAS/PH. Because you didnt see any terrible sides or health issues as of yet doesnt mean others wont if they juice at a young age. Anyone could have told you that the risks dont out weigh what you will gain at 18 or you could have just used the search function. Your barely 18 and taking steroids, have fun with the health issues down the road.
 
I only explained my age for the sake of a fair review.

I did feel some shut down but everything seem to be working/feeling fine, even better than before. I have a doctor and I'm confident in my health as is he.

But I don't want to argue that's it ok. It's not and everyone reacts differently. It only takes one person with a bad reaction to the drug and that could be you.
 
well congrats on a good log.. but about the age thing.. i hope you are completely fine with being 5'9 because you will never be 5'10..

and yes plenty of ppl still hit spurts, even in college

The height was one of my big concerns. I checked with my doctor before I began the cycle, and he assured me that I wouldn't get any taller lol. But I assumed that since my body is already maturally proportioned
 
dude u should still be happy with your cycle.. your 180 at 18 and doing 2x your body weight.. im 22 and cant even do that yet.. although im pretty close ... i dont see u growing anymore either.. im not a doctor but i think your fully matured by now.. hell i havent grow since i was in 6th grade..

doctor also told me i'd never be able to lift weights again after my nerve damage.. ya just never know man.. but too late now.. no need to dwell on the "what ifs". nice cycle.. i cant wait to start mine

Yeah I actually just saw some friends that haven't seen me since before the cycle and they said that they saw a big difference. Definately liked hearing that. I guess it was a pretty good cycle all around.
 
i'm goin with 10/20/20... if i'm feeling great then i might extend a 4th week.. haven't done the research to see what ppl say about that yet.. but this is all about 5 weeks away so i'm in no hurry..

currently cutting.. i'd like to hit my cycle pretty lean so i can see what kind of weight i put on
 
yeah it's gonna drive me crazy not being able to do cardio..i'm used to burnin up 200 calories 4-5 times a week on it..

i still may run 1 mile twice a week while on cycle.. the benefits on the heart and lungs is a lot greater than the few calories i'd burn
 
I was thinking about buying some formestane to use as I taper off of nolva. My main goal with is was to get a drier look while I lose some more body fat.

I'm not so sure I want to try it after reading through some negative threads, including this one

My strength is still up and my weight is 185-6 after yesterdays lunch at the chinese buffet.

The gyms scale is 4 pounds too heavy - it says I'm 190.

I'm thinking about starting creatine after I'm done with the Blue Up pills - I'm running them 3/day until I run out. I'm also running the reduce xt 6/day until I run out. I'm bumping the nolva down to 5mg/day for the last week.

Everything is going good, feeling back to normal and then some

looks like you had a good cycle dude. you only gained a couple of pounds but you look alot leaner and bigger still! and some people are too pushy on the age thing... don't worry about it it was your personal choice. arnold juiced when he was very young, and hes one of bodybuildings legends.
 
Young - Congrats on a successful cycle, though, you may not see it because of what the scale says. Don't look at weight gain as a measure of cycle success, as scales do not read the difference between fat weight lost v. muscle weight gain - just net gains/losses. Your strength gains were phenomenal and even though you may not weigh much more, your appearence is much bigger. I am not going to yell at you about your age, others did so already, but I am glad that you realize you probably didn't need it. I just hope others do the same BEFORE starting a cycle.

Yes, Arnold used steroids at a young age, but we are not all Arnold. The majority of those under a fully matured age (whatever that may be for that given individual) will not walk away from a cycle unscathed. This type of statistical syllogism is completely flawed and I urge you to take a more cautious standing on the subject. The occurences where kids (or even some adults) use steroids without ever understanding them and completely ruin their endocrine system are the occurences that get good, efficacious products banned. Teenagers are going to do what they want, when they want. So, realizing this, its better for you to discourage the use of steroids until the body is properly aged, and educate them as to why they should not use them, rather than blindly just supporting them and using Arnold's use at a young age as the basis for your argument.....

im not saying what he did was 100 percent right... but it is a personal choice, just like when kids underage drink or smoke pot. jumping on a cycle before you are 21 and not even knowing the term "pct" is one thing, but when you go thru the trouble to do your research, obtain the support sups/pct, and know how to actually gain muscle naturally BEFORE going to the anabolics is a totally different subject.

If you know the risks involved and even tho everyone discourages it, to each man his own, its a personal decision. However, If you use them irresponsibly as a quick fix, your a moron. This guy on his log used it responsibly with pct, and by looking at pictures you can tell he knew what he was doing before he touched the stuff. More power to you man.

He did go above and beyond with planning and supporting himself, but he is an exception to the rule. The real problem I had with your comment was that you used arnold as a skape-goat for his underage use. Had you made the same argument previously that you did to me would have resulted in a much different comment from me.

The biggest problem, IMO, is the same for adults and teenagers alike, lack of knowledge. The consequential risk of making a decision that big at a young age is living with it for the rest of your life. Who knows what effect it will have on a developing system. It certainly isn't made or tested for growing teenagers.

With that said, there will always be people-teens-who use steriods. That's life. It's just like anything else out there.

I appreciate all the good comments. I think everything went good, but I am going to hold off on another cycle for a year or so. Will definately be logging it when it comes though
 
PCT Day 23:

Weight: back down to 180

Worked back and some bis today.
Last time I did back(4days ago), I had trouble with 8 plates on the pull down machine. I could barely do it 4-6reps. Today, I did it 10 reps relatively easy! I didn't expect to have so much strength today since I've been eating to cut weight this week.

I also noticed my joints were slightly dry. I can tell because my shoulders and elbows start acting up. I have been taking 3 Blue Up caps/day for 2 days now and I've bumped the nolva down to 5mg. Don't know what it is but my stregnth is definately up.

Yeah I hear ya. I can really notice the energy difference when cutting cals..

Finished off the blue up today. I will continue running 5mg nolva for the remaining 2 days of my pct. I started taking creatine mono today so hopefully I will see some further gains in the next month.

I'll update in a few weeks
