Alright guys, I recently started a log but had to drop the supplement due to side effects. I wanted to start this thread to log my current workouts and hold myself accountable daily. I havent recently got into an Eric Lilliebridge powerlifting 12 week program.

A little about myself
-age:24 (25 in two weeks)
-weight:250 (goal weight: 235 but currently don't really care)
-Been lifting for about 9 years now
-Bench Max: 335
-Squat Max: 405
-Deadlift Max: 435

I hope to reach 1500 pound total someday. I am a week deep into this program. My current sups include:
1. LGD Elite 3mg daily
2. Preworkouts: Alphamine, Performax Labs HyperMax, Mix of other samples to try
3. Protein: PES Select
4. Ergonine by PES Daily

Warm up to 225, did one 1 rep after that at 245, 255,265,275

I hope you guys follow along and can give any input! I am always open to hearing opinions and improving my lifts. I love working out! If i dont get it in, Im one grumpy dude. Follow along in my goal of reaching a 1500lb total. First on my list of goals is to achieve a 400lbs bench. I have been told for years I would never reach it. I would love to record it and send a big FU to one kid that still thinks I cant reach it!

Anyone have any advice for lower back pain, I'm constantly stretching and taking NSAIDs, my hammers and my ass just won't relax! And it's killing my lower bake

Well today's workout was just awesome! I think LGD is starting to slowly kick in on week three, just had that feeling working out today. I will update later tonight after I get off work

I have lower back pain from dergentive back disease and believe it or not fish oil helps alot amd taurine

Look up DeFrancos Agile 8 and Limber 11 for your back and hips. It's a starting point. Get your hips unwound.

Ok so today was a light bench (chest/tricep) day, I believe the LGD elite is starting to kick in because I felt pretty damn good today! Had a sick pump and enjoyed it so much I did 10 sets of 10 on DB curls....just to enjoy the pump

Close Bench: 62% for maximum reps possible
Came out to roughly 210 & pushed it 12
2 more sets with slingshot 225x12x2

Cable fly 5x15-20
30x20x2, 40x20x2, 50x20

Incline DB fly 5x15-20
25x20x3, 30x15x2

Tricep rope pushdown 5x15-20

Reverse single arm pushdown 5x15-20

Seriously felt great!!! The back is feeling much better! Not 100%yet but it's getting better every single day, looking forward to the next couple weeks.

One thing I've notice today and yesterday is the increase in hunger, It's like I can't get enough! I also have decided to add another LGD elite tomorrow's giving me 6mg today, I will more than likely pick up another bottle so I can run around 12 weeks total!!

Heres a little update from the past two days. Have ordered a belt to help protect my back a little and got a pair of knees sleeves that will be here sometime next week. Cant afford to have anymore surgeries! Last two days have been chest day light, and I switched my heavy deadlift day and my light pause squat day around so my back could rest a few more days. I tried the defrancos warm up and I will be using that before every single workout! Was at a different gym for this workout, its weird how every gyms machines are different when it comes to weights.

Anyone else get depressed when they have to miss a workout due to injury, lower back is still pretty tight so I will be taking a week off from squats/deadlifts...hate setbacks

Man I do and dont, figuring out what led to the injury and working to correct it becomes such an obsession and I get deep into "fixing the armor". My back gets off track a few times out of the year but damnit we still got goals to achieve!

What ya feeling with the back now?

Just overall tightness with the lower back and glutes, just can't get them to relax

Be lacking core much, been foam rolling like crazy! Helping and improving more and more everyday , just taking longer than expected

Look up Taming The Dragon in Your Lower Back on YouTube. Read it, follow it. I did a meet yesterday and have no back or hip pain today. I credit my intensive recovery schedule and training the highly underrated smaller muscles that keep you injury free.

I really appreciate the help everyone has given with my lower back! It is feeling hella better, I will start introducing very light and controlled deadlifts/squats this week. As for todays chest/tri workout I felt extremely slow/weak, just one of those days were you have to push yourself to get through the workout. Def wasnt myself today when it comes to throwing some weight around.

Bench: 1 rep at 315...fail, working sets: 3x5@275 ( really struggled after 3) dropped down to 225 for last two sets at 5 reps

Alright guys a week of lighter work has been great for my lower back. I also picked up new belt and it seemed to help a ton on friday with squats. Today was a great upper body day. Just felt fricken great the whole time. Will get back into heavy deads/squats this week.

What a great fricken day, just felt like one of "those days" in the gym, an overall great chest/tri day!! Def getting stronger and I feel like my form gets better every single week

Worked up to 1 rep at 335, used my slingshot for the second set and hit 335x3, dropped down to 290 for working sets (4 sets x 3 reps) for the 5th set I bumped up to 315 and hit a slow three there!!! That's a PR for me when it comes to reppin 315, was so damn happy.
