You Thoughts on MP Assault.

40g of ingredients per serving.
Beta Alanine- 3g
Citrulline Malate- 2g
AAKG- 3g
Creatine Blend-5g
a ton of other ingredients include; glycine, suma extract, suma root, an arginine blend (separate to aakg), CreaPure?, Glutamine, Kre-Alkalyn, CEE, Creatine di-malate, Taurine, tyrosine, PGA (pyro-glutamic acid. oh and caffeine.
I just bought a bottle and am witing and i would just like your guys take on it.
 
Well it has a good amount of beta alanine and AAKG, most pwo pump products have very little of those and are mostly caffiene...do you know how much stims it has in it?
 
I have used MP Assault ( 4 tubs).... great product and gains in the gym was very good too....

the MP products I have used Battle fuel combat bulletproof.... All of them delivered

MP is solid man you can't go wrong with their products.. Assualt looks great but is the only one I haven't tried- I stick to my VPX NO-Shotgun or Jacked b/c I am never let down by em- but I'm sure I'd be happy with this as well
Good luck on the stack let us know how it goes.
 
I'm sure you'll be satisfied with Assault. I tried it a little over a year ago and it's up top with Jacked and Home-made when it comes to favorite preworkouts.

Haha well i'm new to the whole supplement thing. I started researching last month and two weeks ago i bought dymatize's Xpand Xtreme, mp battle fuel, and mp bulletproof. Xpand Xtreme is killer on my stomach and my toilet but makes me focus 10x better than before (maybe it's just in my head). not sure about battle fuel yet, and bulletproof makes me sleep like a baby and wake up like a champion. but yea prior to these three the only supplements i've taken were fish oil, multi's, and whey protein.
 
Assault is a great product!

but, do not take a full serving your first time! the first time I took assault I took a full serving at 5pm and couldn't sleep until nearly 3am...had to be at work at 8am :(

after that, I don't think I took a full serving the whole time I'd used it.

lol sounds like something i could use, i workout in the mornings when i'm not at work, right before school. so i got plenty of cool down time, and Muscle Pharm's ZMA product Bulletproof has been doing wonders lately.
It looks like i'm gonna be satisfied with my purchase. when it gets here of course.
