Hiked for 4 hours at Rocky Mountain National park today and saw a moose! Was Crazy, those things are absolutely enormous!

I be mirin' that synthetic supps capped DAA hard - can't find the stuff anymore; was so cheap for caps at a realistic dosage. Was my pct go-to; wish I'd stocked a little. Using crappy bulk powders atm.

I bring my 5lbs protein jug with me to work and carry it around wherever I go. I work in a hospital so even when they call a code I bring it with me so I can take advantage of my arm workout from doing compressions. Walk out da' room from saving a life and throw down a shake. Docs look at me like I'm crazy but you know dey 'mirin.

When I can't make it to the gym I got them at home so I make sure I get my workout in.
 
Just got home and about to take have a shake. Too hot out so a PROnom shake right now with freezing cold water is what I really need at the moment lol
