Update!

Had a bad storm roll through a couple days ago and the internet has been down.
Here is my workout from the 26th. I rested on the 27th.

Weight 221

Warm up - 5 mins on eliptical machine
Squats - 135 x 10 (4 sets)
Straight Leg Deadlift - Bar x 15 (WU), 95lbs x 10, 135 x 10
Hack Type Squat - 2 plates x 10 (4 Sets)

Superset Leg Press/Calve Raises (Smith Machine)
Leg Press - 4 plates x 12, 6 plates x 12, 8 plates x 10, 10 plates x 8
Calve Raises - 135 x 15 (3 sets), 185 x 15 (2 sets)

Superset Leg extension/Standing Leg Curl
Leg Ext - 70lb x 20, 90 x 20, 130 x 15 (2 Sets)
Leg Curl - 25lb x 15 (4 Sets)

This was supposed to be a chest day, but my tri's, shoulders and pecs were still sore from my previous workout. And, my legs felt neglected. I'm still cautious about loading up on squats so I just try to get alot of reps in without killing my knees and back. My legs feel like they could manage 315lb or so. Everything feels so light. It's an awesome feeling.
Everything keeps getting better with each day. No negative sides to report.

Ab Crunch Machine - 70lbs x 30(Failure)

Shoulder was bothering me all day. I didn't get to do as many sets as I wanted. I was wanting to do a 5x5 tonight. Other than the shoulder, my workout was good. Had great pumps, strength, and focus. I think my joints are getting dried out a little. I'm gonna up my H2O intake and bump up my fish oils.

Soreness did not approve while I used Natadrol. Is your soreness less than usual?

Do you mean joint soreness or muscle soreness? My joints just started hurting the past weak. It's not as bad as I've had before. My Muscles are sore for about 2 days depending on how bad I hit them. My chest was sore for about 5 days from me doing a high rep workout that I'm not accustomed to. I'm sleeping well at all either, so I'm sure that has some to do with recovery.

Yeah, my recovery time was improving until the past 6 days maybe. I've been going heavier than I have in almost 2 years and doing alot more sets. I've really been slaughtering myself lately. The soreness I have isn't real bad though, it doesn't interfere with anything I need to do.

Legs/Shoulders
Weight 218.6

Got up at 4am and could not get back to sleep. So I went to the gym to do some squats and light shoulder work.

Squats - 135lb x 15 (3 sets)
Leg Extension - 70lbs x 15 (3 sets), 130lbs x 15 (2 sets)
Calve raises - 185lbs x 15 (3 sets)

Arnold press - 20lbs x 20 (2 sets), 30lbs x 15, 40 x 15
Fly's - 20lbs x 15 (4 sets)

Having real bad shoulder pain so I was trying to work it out with some light movements.

I'm going to stop the M1D and Natadrol tonight and start PCT with Formadrol Extreme. I took 11 days off after week two to take care of a family problem, so I've kinda been running this for 8 weeks. I want to run it for atleast another week but now is a good time to quit b/c I will be going on vacation this week.

I started PCT lastnite. Dosing of Formadrol Extreme is 1/1/1. Went to the gym to do some light chest and tri's tonight. My shoulder is almost unbearable. I did manage to put up 315 3 times without effort. I will hit the gym a couple more times this week just for maintenance before going on vacation on the 7th. My body needs the rest. I should be off no more than 10 days. Then, I'll get back in the gym and see how I'm feeling.

I won't be posting my workouts anymore unless I hit a PR of some sort. I going to run my PCT for a month and then report my thought and feeling of my complete cycle. I will be updating this log 3-4 times a week to record my weight and my bodies response.
 
A bit late on this but subbed for the final review. I'll be running Natadrol with Formadrol PCT starting the end of June so am interested in how the cycle treats you.

I think it was all water weight. I weigh myself at the same time each day as soon as I wake up (after going to the bathroom) and before I go to bed. I couldn't sleep 2 night ago and I was pissing myself to death all night. When I weighed myself the next morning, I weight 215. I lost like 5-6 pounds I think from what I weighed that night before I layed down. It's normal for me to vary 5-6lbs during the day. I wish I would have taken some measurements before the cycle.

Did a whole body workout today, low weight high rep. I'm going out of town tomorrow and wanted to get in a little pump before I leave.
Strength is unbelievable. I was doing 20-30 reps with weight i usually only do 15 reps with.
I hope this next 10 days or so off helps my body recover.

I'm back from vacation and hit the gym tonight to wake the muscles up. Strength is almost the same, had no problem putting up 315 on bench. My calories are way down and I'm gonna try to do some more cardio and hit abs a lil harder. I've included bulk PowerFULL to my diet. I'm dosing Formadrol at 2/2. I'm already thinking about my next Natadrol cycle!!!!!

Weight 216.4

PCT is going good. Not losing any mass or strength at all. I did some shoulder work a couple days ago, forgot to log it. I feel strong as ever, have alot of energy, and getting my workouts done in 30-45 mins.
Did bi's and tri's today. Curled 135lb for 6 reps no problem. Pushdowns were easier than ever. I'm trying to stay at lighter weights and higher reps but the weight feels like it's too light to be effective. I might get some PR's out of this!

Hit the gym this morning for some chest and back work. I tired real quick today, they had the doors open at the gym and it was like 1000% humidity. I just can't take the humidity anymore. It drains me and I have a difficult time breathing (Thanks Iraq). I didn't get in the high intensity workout that I usually get. Strength was decent, but stamina sucked! I was sweating like crazy, which is good but I was done after about 30 mins.

Final Review

I'm on my last week of PCT so I'm gonna give my final thoughts on my M1D and Natadrol cycle.
So, would I do it again? Heck Yes! I really liked the strength gains, stamina, concentration, and energy. The mood enhancement was great too. I also had a great appetite.
What I didn't like was the dry joints.
I did have aggression but that is expected and kinda welcomed in the gym. Not so welcomed at home. But, I have issues anyways lol.
I have kept all of my gains so far. I did lose about 5lbs of water like the first three days I was off the Natadrol and M1D. I hit my chest hard this cycle and it shows.
I did have a break in my cycle when I had to go out of town because of a family emergency. I am not sure how this might have affected my cycle and any other outcome I might have gotten.


I will do this cycle again in a couple months and I want to include Methyl Masterdrol this time.
Hopefully, I will be able to do a better job with the log next time.
