lately I been craving for yohoo, cause let's face it.. this **** taste great.. and I drink one bottle a day..it does got a **** load of sugar, 52g in a bottle....

would it be ok to drink on once a day and keep minimal body fat? I'm not to worry about a little bit of body fat, but with my height.. I don't want it to go overboard

I'm a bulker, so I ain't worry about cutting...

only ab exercise I do is run, box, amd cross trainer ;-)
 
Hey man! I love yoohoo too! Might I suggest using it strictly post workout though(or during your boxing matches)? It may not be the healthiest choice but you may as well time it properly!
 
It's fine as long as it fits within your goals & macros. I think sometimes people think too deeply about this.
 
unless the rest of ur diet is loaded with sugar, i wouldnt worry about it. and ya along with ession, it would be better for you to drink it post workout to spike that insulin up a bit
 
that's what i've been mixing my protein with for the last weeks.
