YOO WTF!?!?!?

Just my opinion on high dose AI to curb blood serum levels of e2:

As exemestane targets the aromatase enzyme -and not estrogen itself, starting with a dose of 50mg is, IMHO, plain stupid. The high blood serum levels are a result of accumulated e2, because the HL of e2 is around 36hrs (citation needed). 50mg would definitely shut all aromatase down (without directly influencing blood e2 levels right away). AI's have a HL to up to 50hrs (citation needed), meaning, about 4-6 days after repeated administration of 50mg there will be a crash.

Just my 2 cents.

Like I said - I didnt mention it originally because I had no real data to back this idea up. Just worked for me without crushing estro. Exemestane half life is actually closer to 24 hrs (Invalid Link Removed) ... wouldnt the best solution be to stop every bit of aromatization you can while the current estro begins its decline?

9hh is the terminal half life of exem (measured in blood plasma) and 3 days the half life of estradiol. Exem is not that strong. 12.5 to 25mg of exem is for "normal" cycles, when you're on 500 to 750mg test and maybe some EQ. Offcourse this will vary from person to person. For bringing e2 down quickly it's better to use letro or dex. I said to use exem later, for rebound BC much higher doses of exem do not seem to produce lineary higher results. But also, 50mg of exem won't kill all enzymes. He has over 200 e2, he is arometising really a lot. I suppose that means that his body has a lot of arometase enzymes atm, more then normal. But either way, exem is not that strong. Even if you look at the research, in normal people 25mg ed lowered plasma total estrogen by what? 30%?

Depending on the test ester used, it may be a long time until e2 gets up again... I would not try to kill aromatase for good at any point, unless I have test prop on hand.

Okay, that's why I used the expression: citation needed. :) Its important to make the differentiation between plasma e2 and aromatase enzymes.
For me, exem at 25mg for consecutive days gave me a crash. I was overreacting to sensitive nipples with that dose -hence caution.
Do we know at how much test/w is OP? What ester? -Don't wanna scroll around.

I wasnt criticizing mate.

I need more exem than you and it's my feeling that a lot of others also do. He hasn't said how much he has pinned.

Only using 350mg of Test E a week.
Along with some orals.

Alright - That dose should be pushing your FSH higher so if that E2 print is accurate something is obviously not functioning right.

You won't like what i'm going to say but you should probably stop your current cycle, let the androgens clear and your levels balance out. Then go do more comprehensive endocrine bloods. get your SHBG, Prolactin etc tested and find out the root of the issue.

No worries man, so you don’t believe the high estro is what’s effecting my FSH?

I have a question, why would it be best to stop the cycle? Btw I’m asking sincerely. The reason why I ask is because those bloods were done before i started. I guess I’m wondering how AAS will alter those numbers that where in placed before I started it. And again, I’m asking sincerely. I’m not trying to be a dick of hard to work with. Just want to understand the reasoning I guess.

I doubt it given your LH is in range - hence why I suggested more comprehensive bloods. Its the only way to work out whats going on.

Its your choice whether you stop or not, but fact is your blood shows issues in your off-cycle normal levels..

I agree. The only things I’ve been taking off cycle are the rolax for about 5 months, and RU58841 for my hair. (DHT inhibitor)
For 5 months or 7 at this point actually.
 
E2 is high b/c its not binding. FSH is low b/c E2 is high, LH responds more to inhibin IIRC. So from your labs, your ralox is definately legit....

Regarding Ai use I still don't see 25 or 50mg aromasin a to of a high dose. This is aromasin not dex or letro. Works differently and is not that strong. I think by this point you have gotten a lot of good info, you just need to decide for your self what to do.

Where did you get your ralox?

Got it from reliablerxpharmacy. Out of stock though and has been since I purchased it. So I got some from Maresearch again.
