Update, not that I expected Any negatives but there was no issue with taking yok3d and then applying the ol minox after the gym. Btw yok3d appears to work very well, nothing dramatic but it did seem to ensure a very good workout. I mached my best days on chest and back and it seems to help with recovery as Im not too sore and I had the worlds worst night of sleep after my workout because my moron roomate had all of his loser friends over who kept me up all night. Don't worry though, I'll make sure he wins jerk of the month for this.
Ps. We have been voting for the biggest jerk every month since January 09.
