I'm currently running an ECY stack and I'm pretty pleased thus far. I've cut my cals and continued to eat clean while getting about 20-30 mins of cardio in 4-5 times a week varying from low-med intensity to hiit training. I've been dosing at 5 mg of HCL in pill form and have been researching the transdermal delivery method and it seems interesting. I've also read that you can make your own, but I'm not sure how. Any input on the best trans supp or how to make my own would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
