Yohimbine vs DMAA. What is the difference?

I believe the following is also true:

Yohimbine is an alpha-2 adrenergic receptor antagonist.

DMAA is a beta-2 adrenergic receptor antagonist.

Different receptors effect different adipose tissue.

I don't think DMAA acts directly on the beta-adrenergic receptors. Where did you see this?

actually you are right. I was incorrect. I misread this.

Yohimbe does make me feel like I have a temporary flu too. I would wear a sweater during summer if I take it and just get the chills for hours. Some instances I take it accidentally cause I didn't know it was in a pre, that's when my workout goes downhill fast.

That just happened to me..persevered through workout but it sucked
 
Anyone can't tolerate Y but can tolerate alpha-Y? Started taking OL ignit3 and it seems cleaner to me than HCL I've had in the past but there's a lot of other ingredients in it as well. It's a shame the dosages aren't revealed.
 
Same here, OL ignite with alpha yohimbine is great stuff, zero side effects even at full dosage.

Seemed like Alpha Burn was the most positive experience I had w any form of Y, so I'll agree it seems to be smoother. But it's still kind of like gauging how hard you've been kicked in the nuts. Anyway it happens, it's never really a positive experience for me, just not as bad.

That's certainly my "favorite" version of Y.
 
Makes sense. I never had a huge issue with Y. It makes me a little jittery but similar to too much caffeine. First time I had Y I felt a little uneasy but seemed like I grew a tolerance to it quickly. Haven't had any for a year but ignit3 was just smooth from the start.
 
Yohimbine gives me the worst sides:
Shakes, cold sweats, dry heaves, vomiting if in morning, the inability to close my eyes and relax basically

DMAA sides for me:
Hard crash
Extreme vasoconstriction
Say goodbye to sex
 
I'd say skip in both and just up the caffeine dose.
Anyhow I've only used DMAA in jacked I think a while back, maybe 1 or 2 other things but that was when it was on its way out.

Yohimbe, although in OG Oxy I didn't remember any issues. I've used it in the pass and seemed ok at first and 1 day it hit me like a ton of bricks, so I said never again. Now I avoid it in everything.
 
How much a-Yohimbine is in it?

(This is a rhetorical question - could only be 100mcg in there)

Sucks they put it in the blend while everything else has dosages. Would be helpful to dose it properly too. But it's working well for me and my gf.

"A Lot" is not what I would consider a proper answer. X mg would be. But nice try :) They prop blended it, so they should expect to get their balls busted. Being the last ingredient, and especially with the more potent diastereoisomer - what do you expect? What is the great trade secret about how much N-phenethyl dimethylamine, Walnut, and Rauwolscine is in there? LOL I love Triumph (well, the flavoring changed, so not as much as before, but still the most), so this isn't company bashing - it's a company squeaky wheel getting some grease ;)
 
I did a scoop.and a half of Mesomorph yesterday. Never again. I was wired for about 10 hours.

Lol, I remember when I did 1.25 scoops. Once it kicked in, first 30 minutes of the workout weren't too good.

A friend sent me bunch samples that had included a sample of Ignit3 I will try it soon but it better be gud breh..

OL deceived me on the Conqu3r Unleashed "Mango" flavoring! :( it was not gud! I have not had the reflavored version lol but it is a good pre workout just was very hard to drink and calling it "Mango" hit me in the feels when I was thinking to who did this taste like a mango too! O.o so there! :P

The only decent flavour for conquer UL is strawberry kiwi, just my opinion after trying them all...
 
Prefer DMAA over Yohimbine. Y gives me baaaad stomach crash for days.

No?!!! I experienced tunnel vision with DMAA, to the point that i could not see people around me in the gym...

DMAA is a neural stimulant specifically going to aid in performance in the pre-workout setting. Stuff gets you psyched, hyped, focused, and literally will have to force yourself to leave the gym.

Yohimbine, a stimulant also, but mainly used for fat loss, and not going to aid much in performance. Also high possibility of negative side effects (anxiety, shakes, etc).

^^ This. I love dmaa. Been using mesomorph this whole month and have been killing my workouts.
