Which is best? I want something to follow along with in my bedroom. I already have magnificent mobility but am looking for something I can do indoors.

Anyone have any recommendations? Total flexibility is the goal.

rodney yee has good stuff, but OH MY GOD I just want to strangle the man by the end of the video.

lol, his routines are solid

Bryan Kest has some good ashtanga (power) yoga videos out, demanding to say the least

Rugger, you must have watched Nip/Tuck this past week. I know why you want to become more flexible, uh huh, lol.

What a coincidence, I was just talking to my wife about looking into a good yoga video the other day. I would prefer to be properly taught, but I don't know how cost effective yoga class is.

I think it would be pretty badass to hit some yoga in the afternoons after my morning training a few days a week.

having a nice grippy yoga mat is a must, cheap ones can be quite slippery and you can't get a good grounding which is super important.

Because all of my skeletal and muscular health problems are caused by a lack of flexibility in my hips and hip flexors.

My apologies for the joke man, sorry to hear that. Hope you find some relief soon. Hope nothing too serious either.

No biggy, wasn't offended or anything. Nothing too serious, just some nagging pains that will only get worse at OCS.
