Been on some legal gear, non methyl, kicked the cardio
to the curb! Instead I do a semi athletic yoga style stretch
routine. I eat close to 4000cal a day, double my body weight
in protien. I think the stretching and poses are keeping me well
proportioned,. keeps me trim too. I am pretty sure stretching
before bed is helping the growth. Being flexible can help
prevent gym injury.
Add the brain muscle connection boost, ithink it's dope as hell.
 
I incorporate yoga 3 days per week into my routine. It keeps my body flexible and I feel it has a very beneficial impact on my form in squats and deadlifts. It also helps me to develop and maintain better balance and posture. I don't believe it helps me to gain mass though, just balance my body as I gain perhaps.
