It was murder on my joints. Had to quit it. Been using MA research for over 7 years. Everything has been legit
 
Here to also say MA Research is indeed legit. Started using their products late last year and they are my go-to source. Bought some LGD-4033 and had good results with it. Their MK-677 is the only one that worked well for me. Currently using.
