Just 8mg msten and 30mg trest ace td. Im considering doubling it for the next 3 weeks but the sides are non existent right now so I'm going to take a day a two and give it some serious thought. I've been gaining strength and vascularity while losing some fat. I've only gained 3lbs in 25 days due to a low carb diet. Goal is to stay in 198 class for future powerlifting but that's a long-term goal, I've still got a ways to go.How much of each are you running, brother?
