YK-11 myostatin inhibitor overhyped or actually effective?

Have people actually seen great results? Been researching it and the only reason I would consider purchasing it if it inhibits a significant amount.
 
I definitely saw an increase in size rather rapidly. However, the effects dont stick around. As the myostatin returns to normal levels, you will lose most of the size gained. You will look like a beast while taking it though.
