So it’s been a while since I’ve been on anabolic minds, but what a great way than to start a log.
Anyways..
I’m 24 years old current
Height: 65”
body weight:150 lbs
Bf (unknown) I’ve been working out my whole life but, recently got swamped with work and school that I lost all my gains. I’m about 2 months off the gym been going back at it four bout two weeks now.
And just revived my yk-11 in the mail

I’m running just the yk-11 standalone just to see what it’s effects are.
Cycle will include.
Prami- .25mg ed
Yk-11 10/10/15/15/20/20
Pct- nolva 50/50/25/25
Lifts
Bench-225 1rm
Squat- 335 2x
Deadlift- 315 3x
Goals;
Gain 7-10 lbs. and gain 50lbs on all lifts
My diet will consist daily of
Meal1-2 packs of oat meal 3 eggs
Meal2- 4 cups of cottage cheese 2 eggs
Post workout(meal 3)- 1/4 oz chicken breast 1 cup of broccoli and rice
Meal4- 4 cups of cottage cheese
Meal 5- same as meal 3
Meal 6 (before bed)- 3 eggs and a salad
