what is the eta of YG!! hope this has not already been brought up if so sorry.
but after reading all the logs i am very excited to try some, plus i am going on a pre-contest diet monday so i would like to see how this works with a diet like that

2-3 weeks ETA for the hybrid product that will be comprised of ingredients from Cialabol/YG. What kind of diet did you have in mind?

Can't say I know who that is, but let me know and we may be able to help you out w/ YG.
 
thanks mullet what would you like to know and i am more than willing to tell you i just cannot give out diet. right now we started phase 1 wich is the last 4 weeks to try and pack on the last bit of lean mass as possible. then after that we wil be getting into 16 week precontest and the other 4 phases.

Although YG would be really great to stave off adipose storage during a lean bulk, I think it is even more effective in a cut/recomp as it allows one to use glucose as efficiently as possible. I will tell you what, e-mail me at [email protected] once you get into your precontest phase, and we will see if you can run a log, as seeing YG's effects in this setting would be interesting.
