YG + Cialabol

searching through the synergy muscle subforum, there isnt much info on how to go about dosage when combining the 2. seems like 6 caps pre and post workout is the sweet spot for cialabol and i know the YG dose should be 500mg. but what about combining the 2? should i only use 1 or the other with carb meals or use lower dosages of each or take 500mg YG and 6 cialabol when eating carbs? my goal here is a nice body recomp. ill post my carb meals:

breakfast: 60g carbs from oats
preworkout (usually at night): 60g carbs from 1 fruit serving and sprouted grain bread.
post workout: medium size sweet potato - around 30-40g carbs.

my 3 other meals consist of 10g carbs from either broccoli/spinach/green beans, 40g protein from chicken/turkey, and 12g fat from alcocado.

the only feedback im seeing with these 2 is from bigpetefox who combined 500mg YG and 6 cialabol. however, he is considerably larger than me :( im 5'9" 178 lbs at 8%. how should i approach this? thanks in advance for the help!
 
Start with a lower dose e.g. Yellow Gold at 250mg and 2 caps of Cialabol before each of your 3 bigger carb meals. From there you can judge whether you want more Yellow Gold or not. Judging by the amount of carbs you eat I think you probably won't need much of both supplements but test the waters and play it how you see it.

1 more question...
with my carb meals i still include a hefty portion of fats for the reason to keep insulin levels more stable. with these supps, is that unnecessary. i already include plenty of fats outside my carb meals so do you think it would be ok to cut some out of my 3 carb meals? maybe include half as much as normal?
 
I've started combining the 2 and I'm 195lbs. I've been 2 cialabol and 500mg YG before breakfast, pre, and post. Around 40-60g carbs, not quite as clean as you. Only 4-5 days so far. I do know this is a powerful combo. In my 2 workouts on it, 60-75g carbs post workout still leaves me drained! I'm guessing I need to up my carb intake or lower the dose.
 
Exactly, either lower the dose of YG or increase your carb intake. Even if you increase your carbs you might still want to lower the dose...
 
I will be combining these two soon. Cialabol worked great for me 4 preworkout and 4 postworkout; I am 6' 230, prolly 15-18% bf (can see an outline of the abs and most of the serratus, or whatever the muscles over the ribcage are) but I have no idea as I store fat in weird places.

I think I'm going to do YG with breakfast, and ciala preworkout/postworkout meal. Possibly do a half dose YG and half dose ciala post workout.

I really want the CEE surrounding the workout.

On off days, I'll prolly do ciala with a carb meal at a similar time to my normal workout time.
 
i was taking 6 cialabol a day and 3 doses of YG with no problems. Of course i am always at the low end when it comes to cialabol...
