anyone sometimes feel crappy after taking Yg?

i notice this stuff dries me up. My scale will show 59,% body water after an hour or 2 after my dosage water is down to about 57% and I dont feel better until a drink a gallon or so does anyone else have this.
 
I don't experience this, but I also increase water intake per USP's instructions while using YG.

To get the carbs/nutrients into muscle, a lot of water is used up.
 
hmm i notice if i dont get my carbs in me i get a little agressive/crabby... Haven't really noticed the drying effects tho, more retension if anything.
 
If I don't intake enough whole carbs or skip a jug of water I get a slight headache as well. Constant water intake is the name of the game, as someone stated the glycogen needs a transport system.

I think carbs and water are key. Symptoms of both dehydration and hypo include headaches. By the way, what type of scale are you using that detects total body water?
 
Tanitia, it was like 100 bucks, but it detects water, body fat weight and tells you optimum caloric intake for maintanence of current body weight.

obviously the body fat % fluctuates, but it gives you a fair idea.


But you must make sure the scale has diff settings on it. It will ask you if you exercise more the x amount of time a week, because it calculates differently then reg scales.
 
I haven't felt any negatives yet. I think the PowerFull/Cissus/YG is one mean combo. I really think that the PowerFull works better with the Cissus stacked with it. I had a surprisingly strong workout tonight despite being under the weather.

Just be sure to take in adequate carbs and lots of water, because remember the carbs will pull the water into your muscles as well so your water requirements will go up. I wouldn't eat under 60g's of carbs per serving of YG.
 
anyone getting nauseous? im running this with about 4.5 grams of turk and taking in carbs as i should be.im begining to wonder if i am just coming down with something tho,i went to the nurse at work and i didnt have a fever and my BP was actually low..didnt get a number tho
 
Are you finding your temperature is warmer than normal? I'm finding that it makes my temperature go up, from the fat getting oxidized no doubt.

Plus, nausea is yet another sign of hypo. I got pretty nauseated on my first couple rounds with yg, ate an apple or banana soon after the onset and was fine about 10 mins later.

Increase carb and water intake, out of curiousity how many carbs do you eat around the dosing and in total per day? Same question goes for water intake.
 
i sweat like hell and yes i get a bit nausous, problem is I piss all day long after drinking so much water

I find myself a little warmer after eating. I find it makes me go to the bathroom more in general. Nauseous? Could it be from the delicious taste of the YG? ;)
 
I get the warming feeling too, i just think that is the supplement working, I dry out if i dont drink a ton of water, other than that i have not had any bad sides on this suppplement at all. The headaches are def related to not enough water intake IMO
 
I haven't found I have had to change anything. I have got a bit nausous first thing in the morning before eating anything. I also have noticed that the YG with the Camphabolic has made me kick the blankets off at night! I definately feel warmer.

Well- I just lied. I had to change something and it was major. I could not function on the Warrior Diet with Yellow Gold, thus you see I am back to eating semi-normal. I was drained all day long until I could eat. I was only taking it once per day, before the main meal. I noticed I felt instantly better just adding breakfast.
