Yet Another Osta Question - Advice Needed!

I am 31 and have been on TRT for about 1.5 years due to secondary hypogonadism (not steroid related). My wife and I want kids so my doc put me on Clomid from the start instead of test in order to maintain fertility. My dose is 50 mg EOD and it has brought my test up from about 200 to 500-700.

Unfortunately, we have had problems conceiving and with miscarriages. My overall sperm volume is not bad, but the quality is not very good - issues with motility and morphology. We are now trying to conceive through IVF and have already had one unsuccessful round (she got pregnant but miscarried early on).

We are about to start up another round of IVF, which would require me to make my "donation" around Thanksgiving. I got swept up with all of the Osta praise so I did a little research and pulled the trigger on a run. I'm on day 4 of 20 mg OL Ostar1ne so obviously there aren't any changes to report. I know there are ongoing debates on whether Osta can cause suppression/shutdown, and as I have kept doing research, I'm worried that Osta could cause azoospermia. It seems like all of the studies I've found that deem it to be safe used doses of around 3 mg - much lower than our doses.

Anyway, I'm looking for advice from anyone with scientific or real world knowledge (hell, or anyone who wants to give their 2 cents!). I already know that because I have even the slightest concern about it that I should stop taking Osta at the moment, which I will likely do. Safer not to take any chances until after we have a baby. BUT, I'm still curious as to whether anyone has more info on SARMs and infertility.
