I'm a tester of the Strong insulin Mimicking, Anti-armotase, & Creatine BETA Product. In the category of : 6 years+ supp. use, Creatine Absolute Non-responder

height: 5'10
Weight: 210-230 ( I will explain) normally 220ish
body type: Mesomorph
age: 38
B/f: 12%
-Diet Pretty clean,I am deployed right now so it is hard to get the amount of calories some days, hot, sweaty, fluids are a huge problem. Drink 3-4 gallons while on missions, and still takes another 24 hours to get rehydrated. THen big water rebound, that is why the weight fluctuations. For the most part though, diet is 3200-3500 perday, 325-350p, carbs about the same, fats 100g.
Dosage- 2 morning/pre workout 2 six hrs later
Training- Just started DC this week, so it will take me a little while to get everything dialed in,but so far I am loving it. I do record all lifts and reps. Train MWF with cardio on TS off thursday and Sunday

Day one- Nothing to report, took 2 before breakfast and two right before lunch. Non-training day
Day 2 28 Jul
Took 2 15 minutes before a bowl of Kashi, milk, scoop protein.
Went to gym 45 minutes later.
Decline Bar 135x15, 185x12,245x8, Work set 275x10 rp 4, rp 3
Db overhead presses WU 60x12, WS 80x8, rp 4,rp 2 8 second negative
Reverse tricep/smith machine (weight on one side) wu70x12, ws 100x9, rp5 negative,rp 2, negative
Weighted pull ups 8x25lbs,6x25 lbs dropped weight got 4 more with BW.
Hammer reverse grip row machine wu 90x10 (each side) ws 145x6,rp 3,rpx2.
Workout felt great, huge pumps, think it is a combination of the new training style. Now like I mentioned I just stareted DC training so the R/P style could be part of the equation, but I had huge pumps. Took the second two with a high carb lunch and definatley noticed a full feeling to my muscles. Today I am sore, but still feel full, not flat (took two before breakfast) Next week will be a good indicator once I get the weight and rep schemes dialed in.
BTW also got a nice sample of REM RG3, I have always have had sleeping problems, get 4-5 hours available to sleep here, most of which is tossing and turning. Have taken the REM the past nights, started with 3 went down to 2, FEEL GREAT!!! I have been mentally and physically rundown for 5 months, I can honestly say that I sleep solid with what time I have and I wake up refreshed, in fact other than a couple cups of coffee, I have had zero stims today. Normally need a couple C2, Stim X, or Venom to get going, and 4-5 Rip-its (generic red bull) to sustain. I will be keeping REM as part of my routine for a long time to come. USP thanks for improving, my spirits, and outlook while I am away from friends and family, I am sure my co-workers and suboordinates thank you as well.
