SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER important!

Drink lots of WATER! Increased glycogen within Muscle needs more water! Drink it and watch them grow.
 
Even with Cialabol, the extra water I drink seems to go everywhere but my gut.. So if YG (which I've named personally Glycophilic) is stronger, then the resoning behind flexing makes perfect sense.. Hell, I'm pumpin' up in between posts.. :D

well how do you like cialabol..Holding out on me!
 
Cialabol is really good.. I only take 3 caps with 60g carbs in 2 meals, then 4 caps PWO with XCEED(2 scoops) and 60g malto.. As much as I like the feeling of my muscles being hard and dense, this stuff does it, and I flex way too often.. :ntome:

Dont worry about me. I spend alot of time going to the water cooler and bathroom at work/gym/home :)
