Yellow Gold Dosing

I have read through the logs and there is no FAQ so I am sorry to start another thread. From what I can gather is the best way to take it

1/4 teaspoon first thing morning
1/4 Teaspoon Pre Workout
1/4 Teaspon Post Workout

Also I understand it tastes bad but is it ok to mix it with your pre and post workout shakes provided you can stomach the taste?? And is it essential to take it Carbs immediatly after or with YG?

Any help or a dosing schedule would be wonderful.

15 minutes before the above meals so not with shakes. Carbs are essential.

So I eat breakfast, wait 1.5 hours have a shake, workout and immediatly following have a shake. 1 hour later I eat a meal. So would my doses be before breakfast and before the whole food meal following my workout??? Would I need a 3rd dose since breakfast is my preworkout meal?

No then dose like this

first meal of the day
post workout
and take the next dose 5-6 hours after the last dose.
