so yeah, here are some pics. i posted these in my log but i figured the picture section would be better.
the first pic is me after losing weight and only weighing 170ish back in 2005 (im on the far right)
second is me on lots of creatine and protein daily (all natty 195ish) 2007
third is pre-cycle (196/ 197lbs)
fourth and 5th are post cycle shots. excuse the crappy laptop cam pic. the other the girlfriend took at a pool party last week (206/207lbs)

What are your goals/lifting style (powerlifting, health, etc)? and what was your cycle? Looking beefy brotha. If you're not powerlifting or just going for all out mass I'd say cut a little bit and you'd look like a monster.
 
my goals are always changing. im not in competitions nor do i intend to compete in any competitions. its just for my own satisfaction! and my cycle was a 6 week cycle of h-drol. gained 10lbs.

and i was planning on cutting back a bit to try and get leaner. thanks man! i have a long way to go but i also feel like i have come a long way too.
 
I'm the same way, I don't compete but it's always nice to have a flat stomach or a 6 pack showing for summer and not covering those hard earned muscles with a layer of fat. How'd you like hdrol? It did jack for me. I should have dosed it way higher but it was my first cycle so I just sucked it up and finished it off mild. I got no gains from it, but also no sides and didn't lose anything in pct so I guess it's not horrible. I am going to try p-mag next and not be afraid to up the dose if need be.
 
i had a log going on for it, and i liked it a lot. i upped the dose to 75 the second week. if i would have had another bottle i definitely would have upped it to 100mg for the last 2 weeks to really get some good gains cause i think that would have been the sweet spot for me. they were not kiddin when they said h-drol was mild.

when i bought the first bottle of h-drol i had not done any research and was just going to dose it at 50mg for 4 weeks. im so glad i found AM or else i would have wasted it.
 
I did a 6 weeker, 50 the first and 75 the rest. Felt nothing from it. If I don't feel pmag the second or third week it's going to 100. Maybe 125 if I still don't feel anything. I hopefully won't need 125 though, that's getting hairy.

for my next cycle im going for all out mass and doing a 4 weeker of superdrol at 20mg and tren at 50mg.

only hard part is finding the tren. i hate it that it was banned. plus i know im gonna pay out the ass for it when/ if i find it.
 
Is tren a methyl? Be careful if so. Sd is balls to the wall on it's own. I was going to do sd but saw too many cases of gyno and messed up blood work and test shut down even with proper pct. Also I'd take a mental hit once all the glycogen uptake swollenness disappeared. I am trying to figure out a nice bridge cycle to pulse kickstart with sd then have six weeks left to keep that muscle and not experience all the harshness of pure sd cycles.
 
How old are you? Not bad results by the way, I'd probably cut, I don't like feeling to round and unathletic, (not saying you are just saying thats how I feel when my body fat gets higher than usual which is common during a bulk)

and no, tren is not a methyl. but from what i hear its quite suppressive. but thats what pct is for. clomid ftw.

yeah tren shuts a lot of people down bad, but so does sd it seems. Someone recently posted up how even after a proper pct they are still showing negative bloodwork. The two together might be a nasty combo for less than regular AAS gains.
 
Looks like you beefed up pretty well from H-drol. I ran it about a year and a half ago and lost a tremendous about of BF.
