Yep just had to get stitches in his eye again. You can see the stitches in the pic to the side of his eye. He’s just back in the cone of shame again lol and he runs into everything with it on!

Their skin is definitely very fragile and we have to wipe out his wrinkles daily or he gets infections real easy. Doesn’t help he likes to play rough with our 80 pound pit bull.

I love stretching out his face and messing with his wrinkles, it’s actually pretty entertaining! He’s a super cool dog and we love him to death.
 
We hit up downtown Raleigh tonight for a little shopping, food, and cocktails. Poke bowl was excellent!

Sleep has been consistent, getting 6 to 8 hours every night so I’m super happy there. Had a nice meal the other night with steak tartare, oysters, and a bunch of other good stuff and then I left my phone on top of my car when I was getting gas :( heard it fly off and hit the spoiler at around 80mph so.... new phone should be here today. Had some great food porn too!

I could use some of that. I don't think I've had 8 hours sleep combined over the last 3 nights. Decision making with simple tasks is in slow motion right now.

This is the first phone I’ve ever lost. I’m usually so good at holding on to things, was just distracted and had one too many cocktails I believe lol

Seared tuna and fried mac and cheese sticks were so good!

Sleep has been great as I have been using the full 4 cap dose of youth gh. No gh effects to report yet, no numbness or joint comfort so far.

I just gotta laugh at this dude and his cone! Hope he can get this thing off again soon and not tear his face open lol

Was sweet last night. I was out quick and stayed out. Solid 6 hrs before the alarm went off. Might be on to something here...

The tuna does look nice...now throw some Louisiana or Crystal hot sauce on them oysters and suck em down!!!
 
Same here, can eat a couple dozen of them without any issue. A little horseradish or some hot sauce and you are in business!
 
Still sleeping great but still no gh sides to report.
 
Hit a tasting menu restaurant last night and it was pretty impressive. There is only one thing on the menu which is the chefs tasting menu, 7 courses I believe it was. The black truffle and escargot was interesting to say the least.

I’m not expecting to see any gh sides or benefits from this product if we are being honest here but the sleep aspect is definitely a big plus and a proper sleep schedule is part of consistent gh release so the claims can still be considered true in that respect. You will definitely sleep well though! And this is a pretty low priced supplement so worth it IMO
 
So, really this is just a sleep product- which I would expect from the ingredients. However, I am curious about the GH sides and benefits you are mentioning. I have studied this and know about them, but I am more interested in your personal experience what they are.

Really deep sleep with super crazy dreams is a big one for me. I wake up covered in sweat from some of the dreams I have on higher doses of gh. Hands and fingers just randomly fall asleep and go numb when typing on my phone or anything like that. Wrists hurt a lot too which sucks but is bareable. I can eat a gallon of ice cream and wake up still super lean and muscles will look nice and full, can just eat anything really and still look great. As you can see I like my food just a little bit :)

Hmm, as someone that routinely kills a 1/2 gallon of ice cream in 2 nights, I can relate. :)
