I got sent out of town last minute and it's the middle of nowhere! Just one night so I can make that up. Usually I do prepare and hook up with a little gym.

Find a local playground, proceed to use the small children as Dumbbells for curls and benching.

But srs, playgrounds are great for quick little workouts.

I usually hit some pull ups and some other things when at the park with my kid. It definitely is a workout just keeping up with him!
 
I'm using a 4 foot pipe wrench right now, does that count?

I snuck home last night so I could hit shoulders this morning, let my helper sleep on the couch. It's good to be the boss sometimes

Finally feel like I have all my energy back! Lethargy has been coming in waves for weeks but I think it's finally over. My boys are coming back, libido is still good, even gained my lost pound back! Feeling good

damn bro! that's some serious vascularity, whats your BF% at right now? and I tried getting on nutraplanet to check out the ep1c unl34shed and their out of stock on almost ALL OL stock!! and on the home page its a little pricey now even with the 30% off.. I think im gonn wait until pct and order some!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! Killed some chest yesterday, didn't write anything down but my strength was down a little. My bench weight always declines a little after cycle, probably because it is my weakest excercise. I've got some conquer amped on the way, it's the newest pwo from OL. It is only available in the uk because it contains amp citrate. The profile looks great and I will be giving it a full review. I would also like to tell you guys that I am no longer affiliated with OL, I will be working directly for OL UK now! I'm very excited to be in on this new sister company and can't wait to give you guys some more info on our newest products! I'm trying to get permission to drop product names in the next few days so keep your eyes open for it!

Not moving, like north carolina too much! Yes, amp citrate is only available in the uk.
I'm really looking forward to all the new products that we are coming out with!
 
I was told that conquer amped was only being sold in the UK because amp citrate is banned in the us. I'm new to it but it sounds like a great stimulant pwo. The rest of the amped profile looks killer too. Will post up the ingredients label when it gets delivered

Be forewarned that Conqu3r Amp3d is legit strong. When recommend dose says start with 1/4 to 1/2 scoop, please do follow those directions. Otherwise you'll learn the hard way.

Yes! the struggle is VERY real. shoot mine is the other way around tho, I get depressed cause I cant bulk as much as I want so I go on a damn cut..

and whats with the new signature uk labs rep, you moving to freaking new England or what?? or is OL moving there full time??

yea I heard something last year abot this amp citrate ban, but the same thing was going on with DMAA and its still on storeshelves, and amp citrate is stronger I believe, or basically the same thing, I wanna see the ingredient profile too and I would LOVE to log/sample it, if there comes an opportunity to even sample it
 
Yes, conqu3r amped is the real deal. I'm planning on posting up some info on it here real soon. Other companies might still have amp citrate products available in the us but that isn't how OL rolls. I'm pretty sure it will be relate led as an OL UK product real soon
