Just curious how much 4ad do you have left?

Not much, basically ate all of it trying to get the lethargy off of me! I was trying to avoid stacking 2 19 Nors but going for it now
 
Very impressive bro, see I told ya that you would easily hit the mark, just remember you might have a couple pounds of water from the ment you might wanna keep an extra 5 - 7lbs over what you were shooting for just until you come off cycle.

Can't wait to see the results from the D1M!!! been really interested inthat for a long time now man, wanting to check it out big time, which brand are you using of that??? and what else are you using with that and the ment??? Glad everythings working out bro!

I thought about running the stenadrol but didn't want my liver to fall out! I really didn't respond well to msten last time I ran it anyway. I appreciate the support my friend

I definitely hit whole body failure on this one. My body said that I was done so I had to leave. Doms is crazy this morning, I can really feel yesterday's workout.
 
I love Squats and Deadlifts together but I always have to do them the other way around, Squats first. Good numbers man.

I stopped the sd after 3 weeks because I gained the weight that I wanted to. I am slowly dropping my calories right now to make this more of a recomp. I am 4 days into d1m, 11 days into tren, and about 20 days into ment/trest. No lethargy, everything is going smooth
 
Tuesday shoulders
Didn't write anything down, warmed up and went straight in to military presses. No weight was too heavy, kept adding weight after weight. Hit 12 sets and worked my way up to 185. I wanted to keep the military presses going but didn't want to stress my elbows. Jumped on the side raise db/ front raise bb/ machine rear delt tri sets. Hit 4 of these tri sets and called it a day. My calories are around 3000 right now and I am starting to notice the leaning effect. Will reassess my calories in another 2 weeks and might drop down to 2500 for the last 2 weeks depending on current progress.

Weight is at 190 even at the half way point. The leaning effect of the tren is really showing. Lethargy is starting to show up a little bit, nothing too crazy. Will update with some pics next week

All joking aside though, you gotta be careful with pushing it too far. I was supersetting leg curls with calf raises today. Tried doing some raises with the toes pointed in.....they didn't like that too much lol. Had to stop ��

I've been trying to lift with some restraint, I pissed off my knees last cycle doing too much

Went on to have one of the most stressful days of my life. Diet sucked and my bp sucked. Was very happy to get in the bed and put this day behind me.

Chest day
Jumped on the incline and worked my way up to 165 then a nasty pain hit my elbows and shoulders. Was a good volume day but the amount of weight was not impressive at all. I think my exemestane is working a little too good and my estrogen is a little low. I layed off the exemestane and dosed my trest a little high last night and this morning. This seemed to do the trick since I had a great morning this morning doing deads and squats. My wife even joined me at the gym this morning! I think she is going to be a gym regular now, thank god. I will post up today's workout tomorrow, I was very pleased with it.

She actually asked me what time I go in the morning and is considering getting up with me at 4 am to train with me! I am falling in love all over again!

Stretched with my girl afterwards and found out that I am not flexible at all. I need to start stretching after my workouts.
 
I've been neglecting stretching lately and I don't know why, it feels great and I'm def stiffening up at my ripe age of 31.

As a youth I recall seeing old folks be all stiff and rigid and groan moving around. I said to myself "I'll always stretch so I don'twind up like them."
 
I wish I had time to stretch. I barely have time to warm up properly...
I always jump on the elliptical and do about 10 minutes to warm up. I have been completely neglecting stretching though. My wife actually had some good techniques and advice on it. I can barely tell I did that workout yesterday. I just got confirmation that she will be joining me 5 days a week at the gym, I think she will be a good workout partner. Haven't worked out with anyone in close to 4 years now!

Good! Just backed off of my ai and upped my trest a little. Hitting shoulders in the morning so we will find out!
 
This Friday I will be upping my tren dose so my cycle will look like:
Tr3n 120mg
Dermatrest 100mg
D1M 30mg
No more ment, dermatrest does a better job keeping my energy and libido up than the combination of the 2. Calories are right around 3000, still might drop a little lower to let this tren really shine. I'm still sitting right at 190 but am looking very lean and vascular. My strength has been phenomenal, injuries will happen if I continue my current lifting strategy. Will probably decrease the weight and pick the volume back up

Nope. Trest is great for your joints. I just have to accept the fact that either my nips are going to be sore or my joints are going to hurt while on trest. What are you running?
 
1 week into halo diabolix stack, taking fish oil and some osteobi flex for the joints among othersupports.
Ever tried cissus xt? Have had good luck with that in the past
 
Yea I've heard nothing but good things about c issue. I've also used animal flex with good results but wasn't a fan of the multi pill packs, already taking a bunch of stuff lol
