Tren is starting on friday! SD is kicking my ass to be honest, I want to go take a nap. It's hard to get moving in the morning but I will make it. Nothing a little trest pwo won't fix!

SO late but in man! I've been kind of non-existant the past 2 or 3 weeks but im back!
Cycle looks solid so far. Starting my SD / OL cycle on monday.
Great workouts, keep eating like a monster and keep us updated on effects!

I've been reading that methastadrol is a little under dosed and 30mg is the equivalent of 20mg of normal sd. I was considering bumping up the dosage but don't want to crash my body when I have a lot more cycle ahead of me. Weight has been moving up and I'm happy with the results so far so no complaints. Slow and steady

Good idea! sounds like a little less is enough for ya, if the gains are coming and you feel good no need to make changes! glad its working out man, ive been waiting to see this cycle for sometime so im excited to see what the future holds for the gains-nation!
 
Wednesday was leg day, hit a 10×10 and then some leg presses and such. I didn't write it down because it was that type of day. Yesterday was arm work, here we go
Close grip bench 4 sets 12
Weights dips 4 sets 12
Skull crushers 4 sets 12 superset w/ dB kickbacks 10-12
Ez bar curl drop sets 4 sets of 7-9 of each weight
Machine hammer curls superset w/ reverse curls 4 sets 10-12
Ez bar spider curls 4 sets 8-11
Incline curls 3 sets 15-18
My arms wouldn't bend anymore so that was the end of that. The pump is starting to get real nasty! Just started my tren, ready for some more action!
 
Good volume. Will you be doing some strength oriented workouts once the Tren gets going?
I've been thinking about throwing in some 5×5 and 5/3/1 to stagger in every other workout.
 
Up 9 pounds 15 days in! Looking a little chunky but the tren will fix that. Very happy with this cycle so far, my bp has even been good!
 
No surprise here man. You're busting your ass in the gym and eating like a bear. 200+ lbs is yours no doubt.

Bet those 4500 cals are going down a lot easier too!

Yeah my cutting cycle has suddenly turned into a (lean) bulk. Can't keep hunger down, and need carbs. Body is crying for them.

Im having the same results on my cycle. I went from forcing down 4500 cals to having to hold back. I ate 6000 the other day. Didnt even notice until the next day.

That's how you get big! I haven't quite hit 6000 yet but you might have just inspired me.......

Damn! I hate that but at the same time love it, cause you know your body needs it, its burning through everything you put in it and putting it all to the most important use, 5100 is pretty good one, like I said if you can keep that up and not run into any more then a day or two here and there below 2500 or less you should bulk MASSIVELY I can forsee that most definitely! glad to hear it

High cable chest fly superset w/ dips

Sunday was back day, had a lower back pump that literally lasted all day.

Bb rows
Overhand grip until failure then switch to underhanded grip superset. 4 sets
Chin ups 3 sets
wide grip pull ups 3 sets
DB rows
4 sets until failure
4 sets of Goldbergs superset w/ Bb shrugs
Looks like I am easily going to meet my weight goals for this cycle. When I do, I will probably back my calories off and try to tighten my gains up. I should be beach ready in a month or so! My wife just started working out too because she said there is no way she is walking around with me this summer if she is out of shape. I consider that a win any day
 
She is doing pretty good so far, I'm very proud of her. Her mood and energy level has improved too. I love it!
 
Yates, how long are your workout sessions? That's a whole lot of volume.

Around an hour, rest periods are extremely short except on heavy compound movements
 
You're a beast man. I tried supersets and drop sets last week. Nowhere near that much volume though. only have about 45 minutes to lift. The msten def helps out. Gotta step up my game...

I've been popping ment pwo, turns me into an animal! Ive always been big on supersets anyway, I needed every advantage I could get to get my weight up
 
How long does the ment last? Gonna look into it.

It has a real short half life but kicks real quick. I usually take it about 45 minutes before hitting the gym. Trest works just as well, they are both pretty much the same
 
This run has officially kicked. Feeling the euphoria and aggression. No weight was too heavy this morning, felt real good! I will be adding a lot more strength oriented workouts in after today
 
Keep in mind with the big eating that it will have to continue in pct when your appetite plummets! Don't want to jack your metabolism up to a point you can't maintain afterwards!

I think I'm going to drop my calories down a little after the sd stops. I'm on track to hit the weight I wanted to gain by the end of week 4 so I can focus on making it look better the last 4 weeks. I can easily eat 4500 calories consistently off cycle and plan on keeping calories high through pct.

That's a good idea, definitely a plus about the bridge. Keeping the macros on point through pct is always the hardest part.

My last two cycles were flat out bulks and I found that 3 weeks into pct I just crashed. Maintenance would go from 3k to 4k over 6 weeks, then just couldn't maintain it.
decided now that a lean bulk is a better idea, or start out in a big surplus and gradually bring it down

Just want you to be set up for success bro! You're doing great!

Smith machine seated shoulder press (this thing is counterweighted but not completely so I estimate the resistance at about 25 pounds)

Felt great this morning, nothing was too heavy and rest was barely necessary. I dragged ass the rest of the day at work but not too bad. Calories are still sitting around 4500, going to start slowly dropping them down this weekend

I definitely look swole up and my skin is real tight. Ready to see what I weigh tomorrow! I might be adjusting my cycle depending on what the scale says

80 steel pipe?!? What do you do man? I'm familiar with 40, but never seen 80. What's going through that pipe that has so much pressure?

Anyway you're a man's man. Can't imagine fitting pipes after my workout.

I'm a project manager for a petroleum company. I usually do underground and above ground fuel tanks but am working on a compressed propane system right now. Just got done installing a compressed natural gas system that runs up to 5000 psi! Fun stuff
 
Ok, change of plans. 3 week mark this morning and I'm up 14 pounds. I am more than happy with this gain and I don't think I can stand any more weight put on right now. My skin is real tight, so are my clothes. So sd is out and dimethadrol is in. I will be dropping my calories down to recomp this cycle the rest of the way out. I think 5 weeks of the d1m will be better anyway. Workouts have been amazing this week, looking forward to posting more of them when I have time. Bp has been up a little, probably from stress at work. Hard rock methastadrol is the real deal, if you are looking for a sd clone this will do the trick

what about libido i heard that sd can be a sex killer

No problems in that department, I attribute that to the ment as well. The only thing that has ever really tanked my libido is tren and so far I'm good. I'm only a week in on the tren though, night sweats haven't even kicked in yet
 
do you still use 200 4ad/day what brand ?

The 4 andro wasn't doing it for me, switched it out for ment (trest) in the morning. Trest was barely strong enough for the sd lethargy but I barely had the desire to work out on 4 andro

Very impressive bro, see I told ya that you would easily hit the mark, just remember you might have a couple pounds of water from the ment you might wanna keep an extra 5 - 7lbs over what you were shooting for just until you come off cycle.

Can't wait to see the results from the D1M!!! been really interested inthat for a long time now man, wanting to check it out big time, which brand are you using of that??? and what else are you using with that and the ment??? Glad everythings working out bro!
