Tried it and loved it, excellent way to mix up your training. The leg days are beyond brutal but I felt like the training helped to make my muscles feel more dense.

I've done it a couple times over the past couple of years. I like it because I get gym ADD and the weekly change-ups help with that. I will agree that the high-rep leg days were KILLER! I got decent results from it. Will probably do again in the future.
