Xtreme DMZ Log - Gainz or bust

Now weighing in at 165lbs.. so I packed on +12-13 pounds in about ~32 days.

Repped 225 today on the bench for 3 reps. Did 205 for 8 reps... feeling stronger than ever these days. I'm also shoulder pressing 50's, which is a new PR

I'm off cycle but don't feel any different.. maybe even feel better.

Deadlifted 225 today for 7 reps with nice form.. happy with how my back development has been going lately.

Still holding steady at 165lbs.

I think it's safe to say I achieved some gains.. now I just gotta eat like a madman to keep them

if there's one thing i've learned in life, it's that haters gon' hate.. :wave2:, blocked. cheers mate.

Bro some people don't understand what genetics are. I was 95 pounds at 17 yrs old and extremely healthy I was just genetically skinny. I listened to everyone say oh you should be this and this so I decided to bulk up right? Got so ****ing fat I went way beyond my genetic potential. When I realized I was out of control (due to the pressure of others thinking they knew my body) I cut my way back down to 145 pounds. Boy I am so much better looking now. Lean and strong FOR ME! NOT OTHER PEOPLE BUT FOR ME! When I first did the bench press I could do the bar for 6 reps. Yep you heard me right the bar. Now I can put up 225. Don't let others try and influence you. YOU know your body not anyone else. Looked up some old pics of my dad in high school he was a skinny twig just like me. Found some old pics of my grandpa and other relatives they were just the same. It's called having ****ty genetics and because of that you have to work harder and smarter. Do not get fat just to put up more weight I can't stress that enough. Be smart know yourself

At 164lbs - so doing a decent job of keeping the weight on.

Goal is to stay at this weight - increase my lifts.. then add in another cycle in 6 months to assist in gettingup to 170lbs+

You look great man, nice results from a short cycle. So, Alpha Lab Technologies are definitely legit? And one more question: why did you choose Dimethazine over Methylstenbolone?

Thanks man.. yeah I would say so. I ended up going with the Dimethazine over M-Sten mostly because I'm new to the whole cycling thing. I wanted to start with Dimethazine so I could learn the ropes and then step up to M-Sten on my next cycle.

Honestly, the toughest part isn't taking the supplements or doing the workouts. I think the most challenging aspect so far has been constantly eating / cooking. I gotta eat big every day (like 250g of protein +) or else I find myself losing weight. I think a lot of the results come down to nutrition.

Attached are some new pics I took today:

Update - I've been taking my eating pretty seriously... yesterday I hit up a brazilian steakhouse and packed away ~3lbs of steak. Then today I had a big ass steak for lunch. And 3 steak burgers for dinner.

Here is a pic I took today.. copy paste --> i.imgur.com/5oEKxTM.jpg

Good gains man! Keep eating and busting your ass, you will keep gaining. I was 6' 1" 145lbs when I graduated highschool and couldn't gain weight. Busted my ass and ate a ton and was up to 190lbs in 4 years. Unfortunately life took over for a few years and I had other things that at the time seemed like priority. I was slammed with stuff, but looking back I could have found a way. Keep it up man, and keep those gainz coming!

3 lbs of steak!?!

Eating clean on cycle while hitting 3500 to 4000 (what i aim for) calories is HARD!!

Still holding steady - weighed in at 164 today.

Noticing some ab definition starting to come back somehow. Don't know why.. haven't been hitting abs, but I've been eating super clean so perhaps thats why.

Benched 225 for 5 reps today.. **** ya, lol.

So far, PCT has been going well. I'm not feeling any sides at all..
