I started using it 6 months ago and im so addicted I cant stop , its taste awesome and works great. My recovery rate has been through the roof and helped me pack on mass. :nutkick:

My recovery is also through the roof!!!

Initially, I put on 3 pounds buy the time I finished my 345 gram tub. I honestly thought that it was just water weight, but after I ran out, I ordered some, and the order took like a week to come in, .. and I didnt loose any of it!
It also helps recover energy in the gym,.. and I can pound out reps like it was my job.

In all honestly, If I had to pick one suplement, I'd choose it over CEE, or anything else.

ok thanks but to be sure i should take two shakes a day one before my work out and then one after it
