This workout was amazing for me. My body was recovering so fast during the workout that I could push more and more and not be muscularly tired. The whole workout I felt fresh. It was like i didn't even have to take a rest period. The exercises felt great and the muscle were feeling like they were brand new. I can attest that Xtend perform is the best hands down.

This was also the last workout with the tub and will have a final write up in a little bit on what I feel about this product.

For sports training. The main difference i have noticed is endurance. My body when running before used to tire out. I lacked conditioning. However, with the perfrom the cardiovascular system is working more efficiently from what I have seen. My lung capacity has gone up, and the output is higher with a more compact workload. Playing a game of 21 with three guys, I had a lot more stamina then I have had in the past.

In weight training, the endurance is there, just in more of a muscular standpoint. The muscle are recovering faster, allowing for more of a workload at a higher rate of exertion. I can push weights harder and more frequent, to illicit the best effect that is possible
From the sounds of it, this sounds like just what I need for an extra endurance boost during my plyo/agility sessions!

Legs have been feeling alright. I have had flare up with my right knee due to tendonitis and other issues with it(Minor tears when I was younger, that healed wrong)

Trying to push heavier weights for more volume and increasing time under tension to illicit as much growth as possible. The workout was good.had enough recovery to walk out of the gym with no problem and felt good. The day after a little sore, but not something that is bad.

How much change in DOMS have you seen on your run with perform?
What are the biggest benefits you have seen in your training? More associated with compound movements, isolations, or a mix of both? or do you see this product shine most on recovery with cardio?

I have seen a huge change in DOMS. As I was going up in weight previously, my body would hurt for a few more days until i repeated. I have had days then when I skipped a day because that body part hurt too much. With This, I just stick to my routine and keep grinding with no issue.

Biggest benefit has been the recovery during and after the workout. My body is recovering ridiculously fast, that rest times can be cut down substantially. I know that before when I did my incline bench, that I would take 1-2 minutes to recover, now it takes 30 second to a minute recover and the strength is still there

This product has done wonders and wth cardio it has helped. I k now that the Peak O2 helps with endurance and i have tested this wile playing basketball and it works. I feel like this product can be used by weight trainers as well as cardio junkies. It helps the body recover better than a standard BCAA product

Body feels great. Been pushing a lot harder and my body is recuperating very well. I feel like i am not needing as long of rest periods and I can push hard and get a workout done relatively fast. I haven't had bad doms yet a little sore here and ther, but nothing too crazy. Cardio is mehh, haven't really been pushing that recently, yet from what I have done it is amazing. I feel my breathing rhythm is getting better when I have done it.

Feedback.

Body is feeling great. Doms at this point are non existent. Been doing more running and I hate it, yet it feels better than before. My breathing still feels like it is making oxygen more available, so I can rest less and do more. Only issue right now is my knee and its from a slight MCL tear and tendonitis. Bit that's all good. Overall really impressed with the Xtend perform. Actually thought that I would become used to it and it would stop working. That's not the issue it is working a lot better the more I use it

Workouts seem to be going great. Been recovering so well intra set, rest times have been reduced and pushing harder.

I haven't had doms in a long time and I going harder and harder.

With cardio I feel good running. Cardiovascular health is what I need to focus on and this helps out a lot. My little secret for getting better

I want to say that i enjoyed the ability to log Xtend Perform for as long as i did. This product is a game changer in the industry. With many companies not being innovative Scivation went above and beyond to add Peak 02 to xtend. This stuff is legit as can be. I have experienced better cardiovascular health as I have worked out. I do not have any doms while using this product at all and I can recover very fast and my body seems to be changing on the daily. I really do believe in this product to help out anyone who has problems in the gym with endurance. You can't go wrong with investing in this product. Scivation you nailed it. The black cherry flavor is the best around. I believe in this and if you wanna see why check back on this lg and see. Much love and respect to Scivation The Solution and 1Fast400
