Xtane on an Anavar Cycle

Last year, I was stupid enough to do an Anavar only cycle. It was not that bad, but I felt sick in week 4. I don't know if that was related or not, but I stopped it and moved on to PCT, after consulting a knowledgeable person.

He advised me to take Xtane in my PCT as well. My only question is, why was the Xtane advised, as in what role does it play ?

Xstane is exemestane I believe. It's an ai used for estrogen control. Personally I think AIs are stupid in pct. the idea is that they are used to prevent rebound estrogen but that's largely bioscience from what I've seen. To me it's dumb to block estrogen when your body is trying to restore balance.

It not only reduces estrogen, it boosts testosterone production. Essentially aiding in the HPTA restart. It is probably the best AI at doing so. Alongside Clomid is my preferred method of recovery.

Low estrogen levels trigger natural test production. If your estrogen is too high in pct then it will be that much harder to achieve homeostasis after pct. It's all part of the hpta loop.
