I’ll keep this short and sweet.
I couldn’t see anything written up about this product but I’ll give my first hand experience using it as I have used it consistently over 6 months.
The gains on Epicatechin gel are very impressive along with the overall body definition this brings out.
The result:
Overall strength increase, recovery was great on it, muscles weren’t fatigued as much and grew/looked fuller on it.
How I know it works:
I ran out of it recently and was off it for about 4 weeks, all of the positives above started gradually diminishing over time.
Verdict:
I’ve restarted it and I’m glad to say the gains are up to how I was previously on it.
