Hey, I was just checking out your XLEAN, and I just wanted to know how many capsules come in a bottle? Thanks!

120 CAPS PER BOTTLE (60 Servings per bottle). Thanks.
 
Getting 2 of it.

Hope they are comparable or better than the old formula DymaBurn, which I have used before with good results.

I have never tried DymaBurn, but X-Lean works for me. ANy product with ephedra in itshould produce fat loss. I am going to try using Sesathin with it. Both products work so the results should be great and I don't have to cycle off of Sesathin.
 
Use X-lean for 2 weeks and C2 for 2 weeks and repeat. I would take cAMPHIBOLIC at night to preserve lean muscle at sleep.
 
I want to start taking Xlean with ephedrine but I am worried that I wont be able to sleep at nice since im very sensitive to caffeine. Is it bad to take sleeping pills at night if I need to take them? Also, if I take Xlean in the morning is it dangerous to drink alcohol at night?
 
Hey girl,
If you are sensative to caffeine, there is a very good chance you'll have trouble sleeping while on ephedra.

I suppose it depends on your choice of sleeping pill as to whether it's bad to take it or not...

Probably no issues taking with alchohol, but by asking that question I question why you would want to try this stuff.
Improve your diet and you'll see real results.
Take some supplement, the results will stop once you stop taking the supp.

There are PLENTY of good diet and exercise threads around here.

Thanks for the advice.....I was thinking about a natural sleep aid like melatonin or valerian root. Im taking them while I train this summer for soccer to help lose maybe 10 pounds or so and get in shape so Ill be on a good diet and exercise routine. I just wasnt sure if I had some wine at dinner if that was really bad to do If I had taken Xlean in the morning.
 
I don't like melatonin because it can suppress the body's own indeginous melatonin production.

Wine shouldn't be a problem with it, but definately start slow....
