7KT and 11KT

I’m a little over a week in on both. I have zero negative side affects. Nothing but positive things to say. I meal prep every weekend and make appx 20 meals to last 7 days. I am eating a caloric defecit ( Monday thru Fri) and I am eating very clean & weekends I eat like 50\50 clean and have cheat meals & I am also on TRT. I train 5 days a week 2 days off. Weekends I do a lot of functional training ( sled pushes/pulls, farmer carries and light sandbags ( 50/75/100 LBers) and on weekends I still do strength training exercises. Sat is chest Sunday is Back

The positives :
Calm & relaxed
maintaining muscle
Good deeep sleep
Libido boost
Fatloss
increase in strength
Tightness

Regarding 11KT -they say this is supressive and I’m not sure I agree with that I have had a boost in libido since I been on it. Also the biggest thing is calmness and relaxation. I haven’t felt this calm or relaxed in idk how long. I really wish I was able to stay on this 24/7/365. I really feel that good.

Glad it’s treating you well. That’s a killer combo. 11kt has always been just a little suppressive but I use 8 weeks and usually on the higher end but otc pct would always bring me right back so it’s very mild suppression imo

Im not sure why it’s not suppressed me at all increased my libido. Idk man since I been on it I wake up with erectikns every morning. Maybe thee TRT it works well with idk. But it’s def a nice run bro. I was gonna do 6 weeks but u may do 8 now
 
Yeah being in TRT will keep you good throughout. I haven’t ran it since I got on TRT but might need to give it a whirl

I’d advise it highly man. I feel great. So calm and cool relaxed focused. I can literally notice the change. If your diet and training is on point bro I’d say def hop on it dude
