I got the famous Covid in July and was wondering if you guys think taking Xgels would be okay ? I understand that Xgels don’t cause systemic inflammation but just wanna be cautious. I took Xgels for the first time in June, but unfortunately like I said above I had to discontinue since I had the virus and didn’t won’t to do any long term damage. I know from the some of the studies of Covid that it can cause inflammation to the lungs and heart. I don’t feel any lasting effects from getting the virus though.
