XF vs. FX: MASS FX log

yeah, once the product kicked in around day 7 it was all down hill form there, but this version that was released seems to kick in around days 3-5! it is just amazing! MUCH BETTER than the beta tests......

Yesterday was an off day. And, I do mean that in regards :P

I'm not sure what, if anything I'll do tonight (friday). Could be nothing, to just cardio, to the row portion of my back workout (lol- since posting my pics, I'm tring to bring up my weak ass back :P) -looks fine under a shirt, but like ass without. It's not something I can see all that often ya know
 
OK- so I ordered my bottle of MASS FX and a bottle of Retain to continue the log with:bruce1:

Didn't see anything (wasnt lookiong too hard though) about a free shirt :(

OK, thought Id entertain for a sec- Yesterday, I I get this email, it says I have a message at this dating site I used to go to... (yep, you read that right,.. it's how I get my pratice in). Anyways, so Im flirting with this chick, she then starts to instant message me, talking all this "so d ou have a girl, .. why arn't you taken" stuff. She says talking like she wants to get together this weekend, dance for me, feel ....well, use your imagination.
Im playin it cool as usual, I DID say that I DIDN'T have a gf, no big deal, cause I'm just killingtime at work, and I dont have to exactly be honest with this screen name, I mean, She mailed ME, and Im kinda just havin fun..
So I go out to lunch, come back, send my girl an email, start some work, and she replies, asking what my plans are for the weekend.. (uh huh :P) ..
I reply with saying I plan on seeing this amazingly beautifull female I just happen to know (talking about my gf of course).
I getan email back "OH really!,.. and I kinda thought you were meeting KAtie (the other girls name from that dating site) ,..how can Igo behind her back like that, Im so BUSTED!!!"

so aint that some sh*t :blink:

I send my girl a few wmails back, saying why would you "bait" me... and I didnt GO anywhere, (behind her back). Said it was harmless flirting like her going out to the club and dancin with another guy or something..
lol- she saw me when a guy she works with who goes on those sites as well was screwin around, and my girl was checking out this girl the guy was talking to :P She then loked around with him, saw my pic and was like "no way- I know he aiont.. well, you can just imagin.:icon_lol:

Anyways -long story short, She came over after work, teased me a bit bout it..
I told her the next time she decides to "set her man up", she needs to actually go to a point where he has the ability to either REALLY get busteed (like setting up a meting or something) OR totally amaze her!

This all sounds really awfull, and beleive me, I thought I was in some extreamly deep pile of excrament for a bit :P
Now, I KNOW I wasn't planning on doing anything, but I don't know what she's thinking..
And in the past, her ex bf ended up screwing like ALL her friends, so...
-side bar: I told her when we got together, that I wouldn't cheat on her... that if I wanted to screw another girl, I would just break it off with her first (sounds like a bad thing to say, but the message was I choose who Im with, and If Im with someone, it's becasue I want to be. And I WANT to be with her... jus so u females know :P)

lol- my story has a happy ending though. DIspite everyone's "playa-like" asumptions, I leave NO doubts in a womans mind that Im with em' 100%. She knows this.
Although she tried to play if off, she knows this. When she asked my how she would know this, I didn't have to tell her that she can feel it when I kiss her forhead while she's asleep , in the flowers she has on her desk at work (they died a few days ago, but, the stems are still there :icon_lol: )
Itold her she scares the crap out of me, only becasue she's the second girl that I care wether she stays or goes..
I didnt hand my bals or power over to her, becasue she also knows she can't walk all over me...
bottom line, she KNOWS Im retarded for her.


Anyways, I just thought that since I'd brought all the drama in this log, I'd continue with any interesting updates :P
It's all fine and good- one full (semi-erotic)body massage, some teasing and a makeup session of Thursdays missed workout session (and I can't come up with clever names that fast for the workouts we did :P) just to reassure her ....
(I feel almost obligated to post some pics of her for a day or sa just so you can know the other person involved :P)

ok- done with that. Hittin the gym today and it's gonna be nice :twisted:

I'm not yet done with FX, but I'll post my 4th week pics pretty soon.
I'm going another few weeks on FX as I picked up another bottle to run for longer seeing as Im don't think I'm doing this other thing

As I could write a book about my past 2 weeks. Not to hijack the thread but never ever give a person you do not trust access to your bank accts. Because after all there is a reason you do not trust them in the first place.

Ahhhhhh, another Sunday, another leg day.
My bottle of MASS FX is running on empty :jaw:
But I'm not ready for this to end, and luckily, I doesn't have to just yet.
If Nuta is on point as they always are, just as God created the land and the see, so to shall NutaP have my MASS FX delivered to my doorstep:study:

DIET: Fnds have run a bit short, so I've changed my diet some, but not significantly. I mad a large batch of speghetti, (one box-wheat noodle), mixed in some seasoned low fat ground chicken breast with mushroom and garlic sauce (just a tad) to make up the bulk of my carbs for Lunch and dinner (the bulk of, not all). sooo0, this might influence things, as I'll probably be eating more carbs then normal.
I'm thinking this will be a good thing.


SQUATS: smith machine

SET 1: 200 x 10
SET 2: 230 x 10
SET 3: 270 x 8
SET 4: 320 x 6 (bumped +30lbs)
SET 5: 320 x 4
SET 6: 310 x 4
+ hack squat set of 270 x 3 (lol- I tried :P)


Alright, I thought I'd make a nice jump to change things up a bit in set 4. +30lbs, with only 2 less reps...

(Instead of waiting until I got the extra reps, and adjusting the weight acording to the amount of extra reps)

I also did 3 sets of 12 reps on seated ham machine.
It's going to be a ***** riding into work tomarrow:icon_lol:
So Im stuffing my face, as Im sure I'll get up a least 2 times in the middle of the night to eat...

I may take a melintonin before I go to sleep....
Im not sure which will be more bennificial... One whole food protein meal at 11pm before I go to sleep and a melintonin to get some deep sleep, or leave out the night night pill to get in extra food atfer my 11pm meal....
Sooo,.. more food, or better sleep... hmmmm ...

Anyways, I will weigh in tomarrow to finish my log, take pictures, and post the last few entries in my graphs and charts....

Then I might go a day or two just taking Restore, before I start back on MASSFX for another few weeks, just to help get my test up from the very minor supression I can feel some times... (although,restore frees u; some test as wel, but the AI should counter that I would think...)

Any thoughts on the day or two off? Or should I just go right into it, like it was nobodies business?

Well, so Idecided to take a day off, see what happens...
(ok, ok, so I should have known I'd jynx my order :P)

After 4 weeks on MASS FX, I don't feel the slightest hint of supression.

Very nice bicept/Tricept day yesterday....

BICEPTS:
SET 1: 40 x 10
SET 2: 45 x 9
SET 3: 50 x 8
SET 4: 50 x 7
SET 5: 50 x 8
SET 6: 45 x 7
SET 7: 35 x 7

TRICEPTS:
SET 1: 50 x 18
SET 2: 60 x 15
SET 3: 65 x 12
SET 4: 70 x 10 (+5 lbs)
SET 5: 70 x 8
SET 6: 70 x 7


Also, my NP order came in today, so another round of MASS FX for me :head:
I also got a free AX shirt, but since it's an XL, I'll only be able to fit into it for another 2 weeks or so:dance:

The gym was about crowded for whatever reason, and I couldn't get on what I have been using these past 4 weeks... so

BACK: Lat pull down- cable

SET 1: 85lbs x 15
SET 2: 95lbs x 15
SET 3: 95lbs x 15

(yeah, this was me tring to "wait it out" for another machine)

BACK: mid- single db row

SET 1: 70lbs x 10
SET 2: 80lbs x 8
SET 3: 85lbs x 8
SET 4: 85lbs x 8
SET 5: 90lbs x 7

(Its been a while since I have done these oddly enough. at least a few weeks of course :think: )

Sorry guys, It's been a rough weekend, and I have a few updates to post.

DRAMA: (yes, this is now it's own section :P)
So, here's an update on things that I wrote to someone else, explaing,.. as I really dont want to have to type it all out.

The gf went missing... yes. I said "missing" :P -like completely.. NO calls, texts,... we were supposed to get up Friday or something, but since 11:00AM (a text) friday, I got NOTHING... called her house, her dad said she went out to lunch with someone and hasnt come back when I called Friday round 6.
Herd from her last night- round 7ish.
Man, even when I sent the "just let me know your not dead" text, got nothing..
apparently, she was pretty ashamed (by not calling, and of course of what she ended up doing, and just like her drinking, she couldn't stop herself)...
She spent the weekend in Powatan, being coked up...
and I know this can happen litterally ALL weekend, as Ive done it once or twice,.. but when she drinks, it goes on ALL weekend as well (which is why she can't do it anymore :P)

Oh- yeah, I AM doing it to myself,.. but that's me doing it to me. What she's doing, well,.. its not REALLY something TO me, you know, like being an ass to me, or telling me to go to hell or anything. IT's kinda her, ****ing up,... and I get cought in the middle only becasue I let it bother me ya know? .. but I also know what you are saying..
AND,.. your are correct, she does have an addicting personality- and without getting too specific, it runs in the family. (but he's got an amazing, strong Irish woman to keep his ass in line :P-). And I know how that can go (addiction) personally,. so perhaps Im just a little more understanding about a few things. BUT, I am NOT full of limitless tollerance, so It won't get the point where it just happens ALL the fukn time, and I just take it. OR will it be somethinh that happens every few months, a I have already told her either. It would be easier if I didn't love this girl, AND if she hasn't taken steps to fix her situation.
Sometimes we fall, and I have no doubt she loves me.

Ok, so here are a few workouts I have written down that are not in my attached log (which I updated)

Check out this increase...

CHEST: flat bench

SET 1: 135 x 20
SET 2: 185: x 10
SET 3: 225 x 9
SET 4: 245 x 7

It's like every workout I go up 10lbs on m,y bench! :think:
This time, I went up 10lbs and got 3 more reps then I did last time the weight went up 10lbs :P Nice.

I've actually noticed a little padding comming on, could be waterweight though, as I havewnt sweated as much the last 2 workouts... and yesterday was an off day.

I need to hit the squats again, as when I worked out Monday, I did Chest, shrugs and shoulders seeing and some back/row work Sunday as opposed to legs.

DAY 41

DIET: I went shopping at the Price club and picked up essentual bulking ingreadients... many packages of turkey burgers, and frozen past with stuff in them (lol- like raviolies, potatoe and cheese, spinich w/ cheese...)

I am thinking this will be my last week on MASS FX. I will continue to use the Restore for maybe a week after I stop the FX.

Lifts seemed to go down recently in key areaas. Squats for one. But, seeing as I do them Sunday night, I think I might have not eaten as well a I could have over the weekend. Not sdo much I strayed from my usual diet, but I think I just ate less.

I will post a few pics of what I look like now, and then. It was definately a challenge tring to do it myself as oppposed to getting someone else to. There might be one or two I have of NOW, that were not in the "before set". I think I can really only post 8 so...

I'm personally getting started with my MassFX tonight or tomorrow, depending on when the package gets here (I hope this damn snow storm doesn't impact the shipping too much).

xtraflossy, So do you use Restore.. rather than using Retain and some other sups for PCT?
 
ah, well,.. Im not doing PCT, but sometimes I feel I can get away with Restore, seeing as it combins a few things into one product. I LOVE restore, and if Im doing something pretty supressive, I'll bring it out.

lol- and would ya know it, V-day I DID spend by myself :P

Ending weight 183.5. Only 1 lb shy of the 7lbs I lost over New years.

I'm actually thinking of doinf 7 days of PP- to test short cycles, and more importantly, find out once and for all if Im a PP non-responder.

I suppose I should continue to log my progress after that, becasue I have a strange suspission (or just hope) that this logging is making sure Im progressing, and I'd be able to make simular gains natty-like :cheers:
 
If you're going to do a short cycle. try 2 weeks. it's more of the norm. Its about that point where you know definitely whether or not the compound is working for you and it should cause much suppression up to that point.
 
Well,.. Of course, depending on how well I can guage supression, and weight bennifits, I'll adjust my time line accordingly.
I'll log it elsewhere of course :P
I may even do a series of these with different compounds.. just to compare for me, which if any of these work the best for short term use... Course, today, wit hthe weather, Im feeling very saucie... so well see:lol:
