xanthoparmelia scabrosa and Horny goat weed

Just bought 500mg horny goat weed standardized to 20% Icariin (100mgs Icariin per capsule) and also xanthoparmelia scabrosa 600mgs at a 12:1 extraction ratio. Question... Thoughts on safety and efficacy of these products? Any person experience? Both products contain a natural pde5 inhibitor respectfully.
 
Getting ready to start a 1000mg (60% Icariin) supplement myself. From my research a 50-60% Icariin looks best for efficacy.

Please let me know how it goes man! Dang so you're going to start off taking 600mgs of pure icariin? I'm going to start off with 100mgs icariin just to stay on the safe side.
