Day 19
shoulders and traps
today i was definetly stronger for deadlifts i did 425 x3 up from 405 x 3 the week before. Then i did dumbell shoulder press at 90's without a spotter and repped out 12. then for push press i did 250 x 7 up from 3 reps. Then i weighed myself and was 210. i feel like im starting to increase in wieght and definetly strength

biceps
this stuff is def kicking in i had the best pump i have ever had for biceps (better than superdrol) i was also 10 pounds stronger on curls. I weighed myself and was 212.6.

chest
damn strength was through the roof today i started off with flat barbell bench for 285x6, then i did 300x4 and 315x2 ive have never even touched that many reps before. for incline i got 3 more reps of 225. weighed myself and was 212. Also i have been doing 120mg for like a week now and i have got to say side effects arent bad at all, the only thing i can complain about is a lil loss in lobido.

i did at least 15 more pounds on every excersize today,pump was great (arm pump). i didnt get a chance to weigh myself today but tommorow i will.

Did the loss in libido start only after you upped the dosage?
 
my libido has been weird since like the second week i have been on the supplement because sometimes im not in the mood at all and sometimes i am , where as before i was in the mood all the time. so i wouldnt say its anything to worry about.

triceps
strength was through the roof again as expected, i started with reverse grip bench and did 275 x 7 and 315 x 2 everyone was amazed when i put up 315 twice because i could barely do it twice on regular bench a few days before. as far as everything else goes up 15lbs every excersize. I went home and weighed myself and 214lbs, so far i have gained 13lbs and have another week and a half to go i hope to reach around 217lbs by the end of the cycle.
 
Sounds like things are going great man. Good to hear about libido not being too low for you. From the logs I've read, that's the one bad side effect most people get from x-mass. Keep the cals up, I think you'll hit your goal easily.

So how much would you say your lifts had gone up total.

And man it woulda been great to see what a x-mass/phera cycle woulda been like.

Oh well. Guess I'll have to play guinea pig for that one.
 
As far as my lifts even though i have a week to go on my cycle this is where i am at now:
Bench: 345-350
squat: 490-500
deadlift: 480
these are all guesses but i am going to try and bench 350 next saturday.

as far as doing a phera / x mass cycle: i had the supplies to do it but i felt since i am relatively new to these types of supplements i should leave room to stack those two in the near future.

shoulders
things are going great still , i hit the 100lb dumbells for shoulder presses today for the first time and got 8 reps then went down to 90's which felt like nothing and got like 14reps.
weighed myself and was 214.
 
Day 27
biceps
great pump and great strength . also everyone is telling me my arms look alot bigger. weighed in at 214 again.
 
Day 28
legs
new personal records for squat today. 405 for 7 and 425x5 i feel and look alot bigger and everyone is telling me i got huge.
i didnt weigh in today but i will this saturday.
 
Day 30
chest
well today was good in bad in that i know ive gotten alot stronger but i didnt reach the goal i wanted to reach today.ok so i tried to max out today and went for 350lbs i was one inch away from locking it out but my tri's gave out and didnt get it.i was so bummed out , but i think im gonna try it again soon and hope i get it. as far as everything else goes strength is through the roof. no weigh in today.

Back
today i had a great back workout i was alot stronger for barbell row i did 275 x 10. i weighed in at 215.
 
Day 32
triceps
i was the same strength on reverse bench today as before but i think that was because i trained early in the morning the compound seems like it is slowing down as far as gains in strength.
 
Day 33
shoulders
i hit the hundred pound dumbbells for 10 reps today on shoulder press up from like 7 so def an increase in strenght

I weighed myself and was 217.6. happy to see i reached my goal.
 
Last day
legs
well i ended my cycle with a bang today i hit 405 x 9 on squat and then 430 x 6, i was very happy and am very confident now that im squatting 500+ pounds.
 
my overall veiw of X-Mass
i really enjoyed this cycle, I gained a total of 16lbs in 5 weeks and i was sick through the whole second week, as far as strenght goes my bench went from about 320 to about 350, squat went from about 440 to about 520-530 (im guessing) and deadlifts went from 420 to about 475. so in comparison to superdrol i think the side effects are equal but X mass is better for gaining mass,but i think superdrol is better for strength.

beginning Measurments: --------------after cycle measurments:
arms: 17.5 Arms: 18
waist: 32.5 Waist: 33 (attribute that to water bloat)
thighs: 23.5 thighs:25

I also was very happy to notice my calves grew half an inch because i no how hard it is to put size on the old calves.
Thanks to whoever supported my during this cycle and i am going to try to post pics of before and after.
