X-Lean makes me poop...

Hm....I guess it IS ironic. I dunno man...I'm gonna do an Epi/X-Lean cuttin/lean bulk pulse cycle next week. I'm still waiting on the Epi, but I figured I'd start up with the X-Lean today...took it this morning and I've been pooping like a maniac all damn day! I just walk around the house now and let my dung lie where it falls...like a giraffe.
 
I suppose you are losing weight then, haha.

Could be a coincidence? I haven't heard anyone else say it. In any case, that seems quite inconvenient.
 
An additional benefit to let you guys know about though really is the anti-bacterial effect. If you guys start getting sick, take this stuff and I guarantee it will cut your recovery time. It is amazing.
 
ummmm buddy im all about the poopin, the more supps i can find that make me poop the happier i am..... but i havnt had this pleasant experience yet with xlean :dump: :D

lovin the slimmin down on the handles though!
 
Same Proplem With Superdrol

I know I'm talking about a supplement of the past but i was late to get on the trend.
Been on PP for 3 weeks just starded SD 3 days ago. Makes me poop like crazy and have a hard time keeping it in when i'm not ready for it to come out, it's not very solid.

Is there any diet changes that i can make or certain foods that will help with this problem?????

I currently eat lots of chicken, pasta, lean meat, protien shakes.
Appreciate any feedback.
 
hmm i just shiii alot anyways specially on cycle and eating mad protein..... thus the name.... but i dunno i heard if you get some digestive enzymes and so l-casei immun's like GUT health that will help aleviate some of your probs... but honestly mine wasnt toooo bad with SD :think: just so you know also SD is onna the supps youll wanna take with alot of carbs, help turn em into glycogen like crazy wich means nasty strength and full ass muscles and pumps.

I can verify that too. Last week I was sick/stomach virus/pooping like crazy and popped a few extra X-lean , not only did I immediately feel better/increased sense of well-being, but my stomach bug was knocked out! I had that long lasting bug that seemed to just linger around and I don't get sick that much at all. My mood and energy was dramatically altered within a few hours.
