X-Lean fat loss: Longer cycle or higher dosage?

For fat loss purposes, would it be better to extend the cycle length of an anti-cortisol like X-Lean (which I'm already enjoying after one week) at regular dosage or would it be more beneficial to increase the dosage for a shorter period of time?

I'd do a shorter cycle but higher dosed, i've gone fairly high with X-lean and enjoyed the results.

Sounds good. I've been doing two caps on non-training days and then three caps on training days. After three weeks I can definitely see/feel a difference in my "love handle" areas already.

For fat loss, I would up the dosage, for therapeutic benefits I would stay at a lower dose. The biggest benefit I get is that I still feel energized in the morning after a workout(night before) as opposed to feeling lethargic as a result of over production of cortisol from work, stress, over-training, under-eating, eating too many processed foods, etc. Not that I always over train and under eat, but it happens sometimes. Normal cortisol levels are good as we need it to survive, but too much is bad. I noticed it also keeps my blood sugar in check.

The heavier guys out there should play with their dosages, i went quite high with no ill effects, it attacked my lower ab fat :)

Exactly how high are we talking about here? I mean... how high did you go? 2 early morning, 2 noonish, 2 afternoon?
