On day 10 of Follidrone 2.0 and loving it... First week I thought it was bullsh*t but have been noticing a dramatic leaning out in the beer gut section of my physique. Anyways, im adding Alphamax and ArA to this run in a couple days and got a couple questions
Reading about ArA and DOMS, I was wondering if I should adjust my split. I go 6 days (leg/chest/back/legs/chest/back) with arms on chest day and abs on leg day. Would this not give me enough time to recover and grow, or stress my joints, etc?
Also, how necessary is stacking GMS with ArA (I'm broke now)? Will I still get good results without it...
