X-gels/Alphamax/Follidrone

On day 10 of Follidrone 2.0 and loving it... First week I thought it was bullsh*t but have been noticing a dramatic leaning out in the beer gut section of my physique. Anyways, im adding Alphamax and ArA to this run in a couple days and got a couple questions

Reading about ArA and DOMS, I was wondering if I should adjust my split. I go 6 days (leg/chest/back/legs/chest/back) with arms on chest day and abs on leg day. Would this not give me enough time to recover and grow, or stress my joints, etc?

Also, how necessary is stacking GMS with ArA (I'm broke now)? Will I still get good results without it...
 
GMS is helpful with ArA, but not 100% necessary. If you don't have the money you can hold off. You'll still get great results with ArA.

As far as your split goes, I would test it out and see. Everyone responds differently to ArA. Some get horrible DOMS and others don't get anything to severe. I would stick to your plan and see how you feel, and adjust as needed. Using Alphamax XT will also help with improved sleep and increased recovery, so that will definitely be working to your benefit while stacking the two.
 
F2.0 and XT are a nice stack, especially if the goal is beer gut removal ;)
I am one of the guys that got DOMS like a mowfow from ArA. However, like john.patterson pointed out, everyone responds differently. The guys that don't get DOMS report solid results.
 
Personally i would not run ArA and FD2.
brundel mentioned in another thread that the anti inflamatory properties of the ecklonia cava
would cause FDS & ArA to work against each other.

A better stack would be FD2 and Alphamax & then add ArA once you finished your FD2 cycle.
